I could literally rant on and on about how great this phone is but I'm not that patient but I'll give you the basics . It's huge, bigger than iphone 6 plus. It's loud, it has two speakers on the front. It charges fast, it uses the new usb type-c charger, you can go from 0 to 100% charge in two hours or less. It has a great camera. I have taken some beautiful pictures with the phone, and I was really impressed by the ones taken in the dark. Its fast and very responsive. It has almost all the features of the newest samsung galaxy and iphone but at a much better price point. I bought this one for $400 refurbished, but it was in mint condition. I would have never guessed that it had been used before by looking at it or by using it.

Switched from iPhone to try the project fi network. I love being able to use my phone abroad with no extra fees. I used iPhones from 2010-2017 and I'm not the most tech savvy person. It took me a while to get things set up on this phone, and some things I just gave up on. The battery life is terrible compared to even my 3 year old iPhone. Even immediately after purchase I couldn't get through an entire day without charging. That's probably my biggest complaint. Also freezes more and runs more slowly than I would expect. Probably going to be moving on from this thing soon.

Nice screen & camera. Enjoy receiving the latest versions of Android as soon as they come out.

This is an amazing piece of hardware, but the Android operating system, even directly from Google, is still below Apple's standard. In my opinion, this is down to the play store and developing apps that will work across many devices. In the end the phone froze on several occasions where it shouldn't have done so. Even performing simple multitasking will make the phone choke. I returned mine and went back to iOS.

Really loved the phone, was heartbroken to realize the refurb I purchased was defective in that the charging port would give false reads and take a very, very long time when fast charging. Bummer. NIB, this phone is a monster.

I haven't been able to activate the phone yet hence the 4 stars. I'm assuming it's a sprint thing & unlocked phones..other than that the phone came quick & looks just like a brand new one. Downloads nougat as soon as I turned it on.

This is, in my opinion, the best Android phone available today. I'd give it five stars, if it worked. Unfortunately, the earlier stock (which, I'm guessing, created this stock of refurbs) had a flaw with the noise canceling microphone which causes listeners at the other end to hear your voice dropping in and out- you can find this easily on Google. If you get one without the flaw, it's a fantastic deal. I had to return mine, now I purchased another to try again. Until I know it's corrected, I can't recommend it.

Love the smoothness and stereo front speakers but size and wight of the phone makes it uncomfortable to use for an extended period of time.

I was on the fence for a while, but finally switched to the Nexus 6P. This one was a refurbished product, I was afraid a bit it can be defective. Everything went smoothly, comes in a brown box with USB-A to USB-C and USB-C to USB-C cables. The phone is a solid performer.

So basically the phone is great, does everything I need it to and I love everything about it. The experience buying a refurbished phone from Best Buy was not good. I get it the phone was used and they basically fix the problem and sell it like new again. This time I guess they didn't fix anything and just repackaged a used phone. So the first day I noticed a BURNT PIXEL on the screen and it wasn't noticable at first when the brightness was high but as soon as the phone dimmed it just pops out at you and all you can do is stare at it. The thing is that I really enjoy the phone so much that its become less noticeable for me now and just will deal with it cause I got it at a good price with 12mo 0 interest on BB card. So whatever.. I've seen really beat up ones on eBay going for more. So I'll just have to take it! So buyer beware when buying refurbished from BB!

Just hard to use one handed if you have smaller hands. But great otherwise.

Love the fact that it's so smooth and the updates are always fast. The camera is also amazing in low light. Must have phone if you love stock Android.

Wow I am very impressed with this Nexus phone. First of all it works on Verizon which is a huge plus since only a couple of Nexus phones have been compatible with Verizon or even sprint for that matter. For being a refurbished product I couldn't tell. The device appeared brand new when I got it, no scratches anywhere including the screen. So thrilled to get a great deal on this powerful and fast phone

I find Nexux 6p as the best smart phone in the market now. This phone was in a good condition and had no problems.

The Huawei Nexus 6P is one of the best phones I have owned for quite some time. The build quality is superb and the front facing speaking offers a great experience for listening to music or watching videos. Its is extremely fast and keeps up with the heaviest of tasks. Screen is Amoled and is very bright and easy to see in direct sunlight. It is a very large device which is not an issue for me as I have pretty big hands, but I can see it being an issue for some. All in all this is a great phone offering the pure android experience.

Loved the phone, but problem with speaker. The phone looks good. It is fast, fits well in my hand. My phone updates are fast .. My real issue was the speaker when making and receiving calls. The calls were echoing and noisy. We determined there was a problem with the phone. I returned it and purchased another. Now I am in love with my replacement phone.

This was a great purchase. I knew that this was the exact phone I wanted because of the screen size and long battery life, but I was looking for a good deal on it. When I saw best buy had a refurbished option with good reviews I bought it immediately. Everything about this phone has been great so far after about 6 months.

don't buy refurbished from Best buy. on both units the mics died after the 90 day mark so me and the wife both have to use Bluetooth to communicate

It arrived, flawless. Just as new... I originally bought the 128gb version new, and was fine with it. The 128 seemed to be overkill, but I like to future-proof things like my phone... All was right in the world until I saw this 64gb refurbished version popped up at $399.99 within my 45 day return policy (Elite Plus). Naturally, I decided to save myself $200 and snap up a re-manufactured version -- figuring 64gb would be enough. It was. It is... The only bummer through all of this is that BBY will NOT allow you to buy their Geek Squad Protection Plans with refurb things. This was news to me, and came as a bit of a bummer. The store person cited the reason why as being "It's refurbished. We don't know if OEM parts are in there." Seriously?!? You re-manufactured it, and sold it online (not marketplace)... So... fine. Weird, but fine... I wasn't going to argue with the girl with a limp at the counter... All-in-all, the purchase was good. I have plenty of phone, and I saved myself $300 ($200 on the phone, and $100 on the GSPP). I'l take it.
