It constantly lags on the monitor no matter how close I am to the camera, it doesn’t stay charged for more than 2 hours or so and Hubble customer service is the absolute worse…. It took them a month to get back to me and tell me they would send me a new monitor and now I’ve been waiting another month for that monitor with no details. Would not recommend

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only reason this gets even one star is for the overall camera quality which is awesome - everything else about this monitor is HORRIBLE! It’s constantly making noises (clicking, beeping, a ‘setup’ voice) at all hours of the night (normally around 2-4a!). The camera is constantly dropping its connection to the parent unit even though we’ve removed ALL hindrances to it except for the bedroom WALL! I am so frustrated with this unit and am unable to get my money back as all the issues came to a head after the Best Buy return window which is ridiculously short. Buyer beware do NOT waste your money on this!

The monitor and camera work together through a radio link, and such a link may suffer environmental interference. We recommend, for example, keeping the units at least 3ft away from each other as well as from products that use similar wireless technology to avoid interference. You can also try in a different room to test this further.
To help you with the connectivity issue between the units, I would suggest you reset the units with the following steps:
Parent Unit: With the parent unit plugged in, turn it on, insert a paperclip or something small enough that fits inside into the reset hole above the power port. The parent will reset and turn it off and back on.
Baby Unit: With the baby unit plugged in, turn it off or unplug it. Press and hold the pair button while turning it on or plugging in. Continue to hold the Pair button until a long beep is heard. This may take up to 30 seconds.

Surprised me by the Dual view you get to see the entire surrounding your baby. I have not seen such feature in any other baby monitor. Picture quality is so clear and can watch both views simultaneously. Tracks motion , sound alerts and gives me ability to talk to my baby from anywhere. Handheld is descent and serves my purpose with very good range across my big hous

I mean honestly guys i don't even know where to begin with the frustration. My wife is due with our first child in less than a week i ordered your product direct from Hubble over a month ago and the status still says order placed ( i actually ordered it twice before that on amazon both times it never showed up and ended up as "Lost in Shipping" status) so ive now tryed to order your product three times and cant even get an email response with a status update. ive now ordered a 4th time from best buy. please respond
