Why three stars? Do you even know what a five-star rating is? Three stars isn't bad but it's not great either, it's more like average. Ratings these days are misleading and inflated, they should include decimal ratings. The sound is good, but not the best in terms of sound effects. Sometimes you can't hear the footsteps of nearby enemies, possibly due to the treble. The volume on them is not as loud, and the headset feels cheap and plasticky. They are very comfortable though. They are not worth $100, but at a price of $70-$80, they seem fair. The surround sound is decent, but the bass is lacking. Compared to the Razer Barracuda X, the Barracuda X might be slightly better because the headset and ear pads feel more durable and comfortable.. The Barracuda X has several advantages, it is louder with better bass and more comfortable. It also has a lot of customizable options on the app and is compatible with more smart devices like phones, Xbox, and PS4-5. I would give the Barracuda X a four-star rating. Plus yoir ears dont fet hot and sweaty after 1 hoir of use. It would be five stars if at times the sound didn't get a bit distorted, like when a bass is causing vibrations, but that can be adjusted by lowering the low frequencies. As for the Hyper X, I would give it three stars if the ear pads weren't as hot and if the sound effects were better. They are lightweight but feel cheap.

Honestly I love the quality of the headphones. I have glasses and most headphones hurt from the pressure, not these at all! And the sound quality is amazing. And I love that these pair with my Nintendo Switch. The charge time is great on these I usually charge for about an hour and they last quite a few hours.

Great headset, the beeping when you put the mic up or down is a bit annoying. And the interface with my laptop is a bit weird but that’s a compatibility issue not the actual headset’s problem.

It's a solid headset. The battery life is quite dependable so far. I havent tested out mic yet, i thought it was cool it came with the pop filter cover for it.
Pros-
-It's loud! I keep them at about 35-45 playing FPS games
-Good Battery Life
-Looks great, not too heavy
-Connects Quick
-Wireless
Cons-
-Not that great of bass, almost sounds cheap
-After a couple hours, the outer part of the ear will get sore from touching the inside of cup
Overall- I feel like I went sideways in terms of an "upgrade" from my Razer Kraken Pros that i bought almost 10 years ago (back when razer was good). Those headphones still sound great and immersive! But those are still analog and corded so I've accidentally ripped those off my head a couple times. And the mic is shorted out ( i dont use it much but i wanted the option to do so if needed so i got these) The Kraken Pros from 10 years ago were $80 so about $10 difference from these. Huge let down with these in terms of sound quality, but you get used to it quick. Give and take upgrade for me. I could have still rocked my old headphones and bought a desk mic, but im still happy with the wireless

The headphones are very good, it really is a gift I gave, the person who is using it is very happy with the headphones, for the moment everything works perfect.

These were a gift for my son for Christmas. When I asked him what he thought about them this is what he said, "They are the most comfortable headset he has worn and he really loves the adjustable mic."

It worked ok for two years. Suddenly, now, it's not charging. when I plug it into the usb port on two computers, I get an error that the port is surging and wanting too much power
