    My review is not about the quality of the product. I'm frustrated that in the BB app the headset is said to be compatible with Windows. It isn't, and the manufacturers website shows that it isn't. I should have checked there first instead of trusting the BB app. I ordered this for work and while the speakers do work perfectly, the mic isn't recognized by the PC and none of Microsofts troubleshooting will work when it can't even find the mic to troubleshoot it. I'm not going to return it since I was looking for a gaming headset as well, but I'm upset that I'll need to buy yet another headset for work since my cheap company issued one is slowly dying.
