Couldn’t be happier with this pre built. Runs great, really quiet, and 5070 graphic card is amazing. For the price you really can’t beat this pre built when it comes to performance and graphics.

Blazing fast desktop PC as I came from a laptop that had an Intel 7700HQ CPU, Nvidia 8GB GTX 1070 GPU, and 16GB DDR4-3200 CAS 16 RAM. My only gripe is the nonmodular PSU being black, which clashes with the white color aesthetic.

I love the tower. I've been gaming on the latest gen consoles, minus the switch 2, and didn't think the graphical difference would be too noticeable. Boy was I wrong. The difference is insane on my monitor. I absolutely love this tower and don't see myself going to consoles exclusively again. In fact, I will promarily game on this. The tower is beautiful, quiet while gaming, and easy to set up and get running for a newbie like myself.
Shifting gears. The representative who showed me this product is Roberto from the Forum location. I remembered hos name from two years ago when he recommended the laptop I bought because he was that incredible. Dude has a charm that is great for customer service at BestBuy and also people in general. His professionalism and personality blend effortlessly when he was working with me. I came from knowing nothing of towers, and he got my jeeds and interests. Once he qas confident he knew what my expectations were, he showed me exactly what i wanted, needed, and now love. Top tier employee. I see him as management. Thanks for making thos expericnce also incredible at BestBuy Roberto!

My ryzen 9 pc failed and needed a quick replacement and this was in stock locally.. I hesitantly purchased but glad I did. I must confess I immediately upgraded the ram and gpu the day I got it before I set it up so my review isn’t of the stock pc. I had a MSI rtx 4090 I put in and 64GB ram. The 5070 and ram that came with this pc is in my closet for now..
Very powerful, runs smoother and cooler with better bench tests than the ryzen 9 build that crashed. I don’t game nor work with video. I do use multiple graphics programs at once with several files opened (PS, AI, Corel draw, Wilcom es and Cadlink filmaker) along with several google tabs always opened. I usually experience lots of sluggishness after a few hours of working. This pc, with the upgrades I mentioned, has ran almost flawlessly. I have used for 2 weeks now so time will tell but so far I am impressed.
As a side note I think the ram I upgraded makes a big difference but suspect the 5070 would perform just fine for my needs (I just had the 4090 not being used so put it in).

As someone who has spent years on consoles and laptops, I was incredibly nervous about making the jump to a desktop. I didn't want to build one myself for fear of breaking something, so I went with this iBUYPOWER Slate—and it has been the best decision I’ve made all year.

Purchase his computer two weeks ago and I am putting it through its paces. It replaced my last computer which is seven years old. I am not a gamer, I have played games before. The primary use of this computer is for video editing, and photography editing. The 32 GB of RAM DDR5 6000 Hz. Along with the I-9 Intel Chip has cut my processing time in 3 1/2 hours down to 40 minutes when rendering photos and editing video that I provide for my clients. I am very happy to say that it also has expansion slots for the M2 chip. One is a fifth generation and the other is a fourth generation on the motherboard Z890 Asus.
I will be updating those with either four or 8TB M2 chips. I did find out just so you’re aware you cannot add to the ram on this computer unless you purchase in either matching pair or quad pair of ram and only specific models of the ram. DDR5 is very particular.
That won’t get upgraded until ram prices hopefully come down. It is upgradable up to 256GB of ram.
I am running three monitors at present each one or 32 inch dell 4K monitors. At this time, the power supply unit seems sufficient to handle the workload.
I do have 1000 W power supply unit sitting in a box just in case it seems to show any lag.
Overall performance, I would give it five stars
I was very lucky to get a sale price at the $1800 range, instead of the normal $2400 range. I watch for sales closely highly recommend you do the same.
Speed wise works extremely well I would give it five stars. When the time comes, I will upgrade the ram to either 128 GB or 256 GB. Watching for when the price is drop, but unfortunately, they have skyrocketed.
My oldest son brought one of his games to the house, which seems to bog down his computer. He was extremely impressed. He had no issues whatsoever.
That brings to the next question. Would I recommend this computer to someone else? The answer is yes, I would.
Right now it’s cheaper to buy a prebuilt unit than it is to either rebuild an older unit or start from fresh.
This is my second IBuyPower computer. And I am very impressed with the build quality.
I do like the Nvidia 5070 graphics card in the unit. Yes of course I’ve been happier if it had the 5080 or the 5090 Nvidia card.
Price wise value, I would give it five stars. Since the price dropped $600 that value for this particular computer makes it a very good buy.
If you’re wondering about the Intel Ultra 9 processor, it is a 24 Core Chip.
I have watched the processing speed and how much RAM is being used when I am performing my editing just to evaluate this computer. Again, I would give it five stars.
My previous IBuyPower computer did not come with built-in Wi-Fi. This is built-in on the motherboard on this newer computer. It seems to handle the task quite well. I also use Deco repeaters in the house for the extended range with Wi-Fi. My system is hooked up to a Cat6 through the 16 port switch gear system in the house. So I’m not really testing for the Wi-Fi 7 unit.
Good luck on finding your key computer for what you need it to do. I would highly recommend this computer.
Before I forget if you reach out to IBuyPower, they will send you a link to the Z890 system so you’ll know what ram to purchase when you’re ready to upgrade.
They will also send you a link to the app so you can control the lighting system on your computer tower unit.
The only Con that I see with this computer is the cooling system. It only has the 240mm liquid cooling system in the tower. Personally, I think they should’ve gone with the the next step up which I believe is the 340 or 360 cooling system. I do watch the heat. This particular unit is operated in my basement office. Therefore, the temperatures in the basement stay at about 70 to 72°.

Performs as advertised out of the box. Transfer drom older desktop PC was fairly seamless, but buy an external SSD if you’re transferring a lot of files from another computer instead of using the OneDrive service. RGB LEDs are bright, fans are EXTREMELY quiet, and this PC handles everything I’ve thrown at it so far. FPS games load quickly and look amazing. At this price point, the PC pays for itself given how expensive 32 Gb ram currently is. The DDR5 is a little slower than other competing prebuilt systems, but you wont notice it unless youre playing on ultra everything with ray tracing maxed out.

Best computer I have owned to date. Performance is exceptional and extremely stable. I use Adobe Premiere Pro for 4K video editing, and playback, scrubbing, and rendering are consistently smooth. The system handled everything well out of the box, and after upgrading the RAM to 64GB, performance improved even further. This machine has more than enough power for demanding creative workloads.

So far, this PC is working very well. I’ve not yet been able to put it through its paces yet due to my available time. The Asus motherboard has extra m.2 slots available as well as multiple sata ports. Lots of room for expansion but no available slots. On the internal rear, two slots for ssd drives. Seems to be quite powerful, so far.

I give it 5 stars as it does what it supposed to do. The drawback is that it weighs a ton and I have hurt my back every time I have lifted it to clean it. It is made out of metal and glass which makes it so heavy. I am passed the return date so I am stuck with it. My only solution is simple. Don't lift it if you are not strong enough to do so.
