We were able to get all of our questions answered prior to the purchase. I decided to become a Total Member to protect the MacBook along with other major purchases. So far so good. My son has completed his first semester using it with no issues.

My FIRST APPLE

I don't why I never considered buying one before now. I finally decided to make the change and couldn't be happier. The weight along is a huge factor, getting familiar to the keyboard no problem, learning how to navigate the computer is like learning anything else. This apple computer is for all ages. I love this apple computer so much that I gifted one.

Good finish, but causes my MB to open.

It doesn't make the MacBook feel bigger as some other cases. I did notice that the top portion of the cover when it clips puts some pressure on the back and so it causes my MacBook to open when I carry it, that means it would open in my bag, then dirt my get into the screen area. I will be returning it.
