Nice look and protection

Felt safe taking it to a coffee shop even with people walking all around -- the protection seems significant. It does attract smudges though, so be aware of that if you are particular about that (nothing a quick wipe doesn't take care of though).

Cracks easily

But with all honesty, it’s flawed. Within the first couple of months, the case cracked and chipped on some of the corners. I’ve never dropped my laptop and my backpack’s laptop sleeve keeps the laptop suspended from hitting the ground when setting the backpack down. I will say, because I paid so much for the case, I kept the case on as it still protected a majority of the laptop. I had the case for 2 years before replacing it, and it still did the job. It was just upsetting that the case cracked in small areas pretty early.

Should be made better to last longer

I chose to go with another brand sturdier made. This product is a bit expensive for something that chips and cracks too easily.
