    This attached securely and provided a nice bit of needed weight to the Air in my opinion. Felt safe taking it to a coffee shop even with people walking all around -- the protection seems significant. It does attract smudges though, so be aware of that if you are particular about that (nothing a quick wipe doesn't take care of though).

    It fits and works great. The only issue is there are no vents on the bottom for the laptop fan
