    We went to a local Best Buy store to check out the Apple laptops and was amazed at how courteous and helpful the staff was! They didn't have the exact one my daughter wanted for her upcoming college semester so we had to order one instead, but, it arrived within a week so not a big deal. It works great and we're very happy with the purchase!
