Really easy to setup. Connected easily to my internet and i was also able to get it to connect to my laptop without an hdmi cable using the mirroring option. Would buy again.

Excellent bang-for-the buck. I was able to pick this up on sale, only paying $70. I was in need of a smallish and light TV to mount in a home office to monitor financial news. I also picked up an 24 inch Insignia sound bar for under $20 with coupon I received. I have the audio/visual I need for under $100!

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at the Geek Squad / Best Buy service desk located at 3377 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, CT 06111. The first time I went to return my TV for service, a front desk employee helped me and escorted me to the Geek Squad department. Once there, the Geek Squad agent told me that they could not process the shipment because they did not have a box to ship it. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he told me to take the TV to the West Hartford location. Customers should not be sent to another store simply because the service desk is unprepared. During that first visit, another employee actually had to step in and assist because the agent was not properly handling the situation. Without that other representative stepping in, the problem would not have been resolved. The second time I went to drop off the TV, the experience was even worse. The agent identified in the system as Steve handled the interaction poorly, and this time no one stepped in to help or correct the situation. He was also not wearing a name tag, which is unacceptable for someone working directly with customers at the front service desk. I also requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, and I was told that no one was available, which was very frustrating. When a customer asks to escalate an issue, there should always be someone available to assist. To make matters worse, after Geek Squad repaired the TV and returned it to me, the exact same issue happened again after only four hours of use. According to the service order, the problem is that the TV screen glitches after about four hours, which is exactly what happened again. This clearly shows that the repair did not fix the problem. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Poor customer service combined with a repair that failed almost immediately reflects badly on the level of service being provided at this location. I hope management reviews this situation seriously and addresses both the conduct of the employee involved and the overall customer service being provided at this store.

Easy to setup. Screen saver will go blank. Sometimes it will get blurry and shut itself down. And returns to Home Screen. The picture quality is great also the tv shows a message it can’t find remote

its good tv just smaller in size wish was bigger for the price but it is light weight and easy to assemble. easy remote that comes with 2 batteries for the remote.
