The remote's easy to use and he has no problem with it. This is an upgrade to the 24 inch i purchased for him 2 years ago. Same TV but this one is bigger. Highly recommend.

He can watch most of the old shows she grew up on. She also found it easy to navigate as well. Only had to show a couple times and she's 79 years old

The picture is very good and clear and the sound is sufficient. We got this particular TV as had a certain size for the cabinet and it's perfect. Then our inside antennae pulled in more channels than we thought it would. Took a little looking to locate all of them thru the guide. Would definitely recommend!

I needed a tv for living room so i knew right away I'd get same brand, insignia and same size tv. 32". It fits perfectly in my entertainment center. Its easy to use too. I'm not tech savvy and husband showed me how to navigate it and i understood just fine. I'd definitely recommend insignia tvs to everyone. Great picture and sound!

It's a good value for the price. I originally purchased one for my office, and I liked it so I purchased another for my guest room.

Only negative is it randomly goes crazy - picture dies and extremely loud alarm-type noise goes off. Have to unplug it to make it stop. Haven’t addressed it with zonsignia yet.

My only issue is I wanted to add a couple of apps and it displayed I didn’t have enough memory. I had to delete some preloaded apps.. this is stupid to have to do. I also got an extended warranty since my last Insigna TV only lasted 15 months before the screen went blank.
