Excellent quality!! Fast charge and length is great.

The cables are good quality for the price and last through my children I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

So many items are sold now without a wall adapter and just a USB-C to USB-C cable. Very inconvenient for charging devices; especially when traveling. This charging cable allows me to connect my USB-C devices to either my laptop or the hotel USB-A port. Plus, they take up very little room. Charging was fast for my cell phone and other devices. Transfer speed is 480 Mbps. Impressive. My devices also didn’t heat up when charging with these cables. In the past I had an incident where a cable (another brand) caused an overheating issue. It may have been a defective cable. The Insignia brand has been consistently very good. I really like that it is a 2 pack so my husband’s devices can also be connected. 6’ might be overkill in length for us but better to have a little extra if you want to use your device while charging. The cables are also very sturdy. A 1 year warranty is provided but cables usually last a very long time. I would highly recommend these cables. Maybe they could make some fun colors in the future. Wishful thinking.

It's nice that we still have choices when it comes to everyday use items. Here is the Insignia branded USB A to USB C braided cable. Coming in at 6 feet of length, I find that this is a great item to stow away for the office or to your next trip where you'll benefit from a longer range to hookup and use your tablet or phone where the wall electrical socket may be further away. Being braided gives it that extra durability to withstand being used many times over. Being Insignia, they aim for low cost but decent quality materials that in my opinion are worth it here. There are questionable alternatives out there that cut corners or aren't built to spec. 18w power charging supply is decent enough for most phones and tablets. Don't expect super fast charging capabilities here. It also won't be enough for most modern laptops either. Real world testing on my Samsung s23 Ultra, it is slim enough that it won't interfere with most cases. If I'm using the device while charging, I do have to be careful I don't wiggle the cord too much or else it pops off too easy for my liking. The same goes for my Samsung tablet, I use it a lot while it's getting charged and I love that 6 feet of cord is the sweet spot to carry on my tasks.

While there are plenty of USB-C fast charging cables on the market, sometimes you just need a "no frills", durable cable for charging your phone or tablet overnight or while traveling. Insignia's USB-C braided cables are braided and feel thicker than many other cables I've used. They have a regular USB (USB-A) connector on one end, and a USB-C connector on the other end. Therefore, you won't be able to use this cable to charge a laptop, but it can slow charge a phone or tablet with a USB-C input. It can also be used to connect your phone or tablet to a computer for backing up or syncing. I've used the cable with both an iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPad Air (M2) and it charged them both just fine. The connectors are not overly large and have fit through my phone cases without an issue. I used a USB tester (shown in the photo) to measure the power flowing through the cable, and the cables handled the extra power requested by the iPad fine. The 6-foot length of these cables make them nice for your nightstand if you like to look at your phone in bed. I also used the cable to back up my iPhone to my Mac (yeah, I'm old school) and it worked fine, so it is good for data transfer as well.

This cable from Best Buy's in-house brand works as expected for charging and data transfer. Build quality is excellent, with a sturdy braided cable and solid-feeling plugs that also have a nice grippy texture. Six feet should be plenty for most usage. The one downside of the cable is that since it's so sturdy, it's also fairly stiff. You can bend the cable easily, but it's not supple, so if you're using it in a relatively small and self-contained area, it might worsen the clutter. The fact that this is a two-pack makes it an excellent value. Although USB-A ports have been replaced by USB-C ports on most newer devices, you'll still encounter a lot of USB-A ports in public (like at airports, hotels, libraries, etc.) so it's a good idea to have a few USB-A compatible cables available (especially while travelling). Packaging is simple and efficient, using recyclable paper and no plastic. I appreciate that Best Buy is minimizing any unnecessary packaging for something like this, especially plastic. Overall, this is a useful cable that should round out your travel electronics accessory bag.

I was skeptical at first but purchasing these charging cables was a great decision. They haven't gotten warped and the extra length is perfect. Best part ....I have one for my room and another fir my work station.

I needed a cable to replace some bent charging cables that were no longer working and these have been working great the last couple weeks since I got them. The 2-pack is useful to have a 2nd for backup or other charging locations. I have not used them for any data transfer so can't comment on their capability for that.

The cables work as expected for both charging and data transfer. 2 for $10 is a steal, especially with a sturdy but flexible braided material. The USB-C side's casing is slim enough to fit into devices like my Logitec G502 Lightspeed without issue, and stays connected while my mouse moves.

i needed charge/sync cables to plug into my couch to charge my devices and these are perfect. they are a bit longer than what i needed but considering i use my devices at the couch, it helps and i don't need to stretch.
