Insignia™ - RCA to HDMI Converter
JimJ Posted
Overall, this converter worked fine. It was simple to install and did what I wanted it to. The only reason for not having 5 stars was the video quality. It was a little grainy but not to bad. Is it worth the price ? Depends on what you are going to do. For me, the price was right and I am pleased with this converter.

1995 consoles in 2026, but at a 16:9 ratio only
Eric Posted
Loved using this to hook up my retro consoles to the TV. The only unfortunate part is that you can’t have it display in 4:3 aspect ratio: for both settings, it stretches to 16:9, so N64, PS1, etc games will look stretched out. It works flawlessly for getting your retro consoles up on your 2020s TV though!

We are delighted to hear it works flawlessly for connecting your retro consoles to a modern TV, and we appreciate your insightful feedback regarding the lack of 4:3 aspect ratio support and image stretching with classic gaming systems. Thank you for choosing Insignia. Shashank | Insignia.
