The assortment of connectors is a plus, especially since I needed the small pin. The charger will also work on other brands that take a 65W charger.

Powers and charges my laptop better than the factory Dell model did. Really like having the extra tips around in case I need it to power another brand of laptop down the road. Build on this is just as good as any on the market and the plugs fit as they should.

Some of these charger heads will work for the same computer while others you may need to get another set. Overall it comes in handy!
