Shipping was prompt and packing was good. The actual charger is just OK. The tip that fits in my laptop still have a millimeter or two exposed, which looks bad, but none of the other tips fit at all so it's what I I've got. The connection between the cord and the tip feels like more than the slightest tug will knock it off - so now it's taped on. Honestly, though, the thing would most like to change would be adding a power indicator light to help troubleshoot if I end up having power problems, again.

Bought this for my husband’s computer after his cord got frayed and didn’t work anymore. It seems to do the job, but he has since broken the computer further so it’s kind of a moot point, but it did work.

This charger set has been a life-changer! Upon losing my charger and buying this one, I've been able to charge all the computers in our house at one time or another using this Insignia charging kit with the multiple adapter heads. The staff were super helpful finding the right product for our needs at the store. I will be back!

My wife needed a new laptop charger after misplacing it after a major move. This was absolutely the perfect solution, as it was very easy to put together and test which end works with her laptop. One of the best purchases, and I will definitely buy one of these again if the need arises.

Bought this while traveling because I left my original cord at home. This did the trick and I was able to charge up my dell laptop. It comes with different connectors so you can find the one that works with your computer. Best Buy saved the day!

Great product and it has came in handy for alot of devices i didnt plan on using it for.

It works well with my old laptop with the right amount of power output (no power problems), however, my laptop cannot read the power cord's stated amount of output and gives me a warning to make sure it is correct for my laptop. I have to hit the F3 key each time to continue. My old power cord (with the same output) did not trigger a warning.

Works as advertised and much cheaper than the 'name' brand adapter. Highly recommended.

i ended up having to get two of these because the first one broke, still kept it because it can charge so many other devices. but when it comes to computers i would always get the original charger made for the laptop none other compare

My laptop charger connection to the computer was shaky, so I bought a new one. The first one didn't have the right connection, so I exchanged it and Best Buy was gooe about it. The new one works pretty well. The netbook charges more smoothly, though it's not perfect. The trouble is that the manufacturer doesn't give you enough info on the box about what computers the plug will fit into. It tried its best, though.

I accidentally left my HP laptop charger at home and was on a business trip. I was very happy to find this charger at a local Best Buy. It works great and now I just keep it in my laptop bag for use when I’m not working at home. I’ve been using it off and on for almost 2 months now and it charges as expected and I haven’t had any issues.

Worked like a charm and should be good for other items if needed with all the different connections.

This universal charger is great and replace two chargers from two different laptops. I'm hoping it last longer than my original chargers. So far so good!

Laptop charger went missing and this thing saved our butts. I like how it has the different attachments for different chargers as I know that will come in handy as well.

This is coming so handy. I have one here at the house and I leave one at the hotel where my husband travels to work. The convenience to have two chargers is the greatest. I would truly recommend it’s great for the laptop fits perfectly well doesn’t get hot and it stops charging once the laptop is fully charged.

Able to charge all the random gadgets it's supposed to charge. Like all other universal chargers, losing the ends tends to be a part of owning a universal charger. Wish there was a way to store all the tips with the charger and cord itself.
