I have this plugged into a usb dong and my two monitors plugged into this dong. It's just for emails and spreadsheets so I only run 1080p. No Drivers to install. Can extend and duplicate my displays with the built-in display options. Super easy to use. It also matches the color of my new HP Laptop as well. Fits perfectly on my desk. Thanks-

My only hdmi input broke on my PC and I needed the input for both my digital tablet and my monitor. Although one problem is that my computer recognizes the device as an audio input or output as well and I did have a little trouble trying to find out why my audio did not go through my speakers. It wasn’t too hard of a fix at all either, just had to select the audio input and output devices and change the device type in device manager.

I’ve been struggling for almost a full year to find an adapter that supports my work and personal laptop. The market is saturated with adapters that only support usb 4 laptops. This is infuriating to those of us that take care of our laptops and our usb drivers stopped updating at usb 3. This is a simple plug and play adapter with no extra power required. Low cost and ease of use make this a no-brained buy.

For the price and for the convenience it is really good. If you have a lot going on both screens it can get a little bit laggy, but for the value it is really great and it works well. I installed the StarTech USB HDMI driver and it picked right up.
