Works fine. Has small lights that indicate data transmission. It does have a maximum bandwidth of 1 GB.

Was having issues with lag and latenecy (I believe from my NIC) and this seemed to have completely fixed my issue rather than buying a new mother board.

Works great. I have an old laptop that came with an onboard 10/100 NIC. Needed to get to 1g with a new NIC. Works like a champ!

A VERY good adapter, but that's not surprising. They're ally just a single chip in there, and China uses Russian or Australian engineers. What's good about it is, it comes up all by itself just because you plugged it in! You don't have to go searching for it.
