I love my Pressure Cooker, it is easy to use and it makes everything easier for me.

This is the best pressure-pot I have ever brought!

This is my second Instant Pot and I love the new features. I particularly like the larger info screen and that it is at a slight angle making it much easier to read while standing. The handles on the inner pot are wonderful! Not only do they make the pot much easier to remove, they keep the pot from spinning while I stir the food. The automatic sealing feature is a feature I really needed! I often forgot to set the pot from vent to seal in my older pressure cookers. I am not as fond of the cord not being detachable although I have read that it is a feature requested by many users. I leave my Instant Pot sitting out and liked to hide the cord inside, All in all, it is a great cooker and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I have several pressure cookers and this Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus is my favorite!

Easy to use. Life saver when it comes to fast cooking .

Makes cooking so much easier when I’m short on time and energy. I primarily use for cooking soups, stews, squash, and racks of ribs (prior to a quick finish in the oven). There’s also the option with this model to use the inner pot over a burner which won’t damage it.

Bought the Instant Pot Duo EVO Plus 8qt for my wife to replace a different brand 6qt that broke and she couldn't get replacement parts it was so old. She says she's very happy with the added capacity from 6qt to 8qt. The SS liner works great on the cooktop to brown meats so she isn't worried about grease splatters on the bottom of her upper cabinets. The ability to hook the lid on the cooker has been really nice too rather than having to look for a safe place to put the hot lid when first opened. So far she's only used it a few times but she's really happy with this model and does recommend it. It's a little pricey but this was the one that had the features and improvements she wanted.

Love this instant pot. It is easier to use than the others I’ve tried. They have made this model and version with easier to use features. Cooks great! Great addition to my kitchen!

I am new to pressure cooking; had trouble with the saute feature on first use; an error code that instant pot could not resolve, but called the mfr who replaced it and it is working now. My biggest issue is locating simple recipes suitable for my dietary needs and converting most recipes from conventional cooking or from a 6 quart cooker to my 8 qt. Still learning but getting more comfortable.

This is my first pressure cooker. I'm still experimenting with new recipes and getting used to the very short cooking times needed. The five recipes I have tried so far were super fast to cook and they came out perfect. The Instant Pot is very powerful. The Sauté feature is amazing. The pot heats up quickly and stays at a perfect temperature to sauté vegetables, brown meat, etc. The pressure cooker feature is easy to use. The Instant Pot website has tons of recipes. I'm happy with my purchase.

I am still experimenting with cooker, but so far so good. One thing I really like is that I can sauté food in it, and at the end of cooking, I only have one dish to wash. It is also very easy to wash pot. First time I made rice, I did not add enough water so it stuck on the bottom and it looked like it was going to take days for it come out, but all I did was let it soak with water and rice come off pretty easily. Lentils came out pretty good. Can't wait to try other meals in it.

Well built, works great, and seems like the perfect size. Got this for my girlfriends birthday gift and she loves it.

Read some reviews from Cook's kitchen which ranked about 13 different instant pots, and this one was the best overall all around pick. I made baked potato soup from scratch in about 30 minutes. amazed. will be making a cheesecake soon, supposed to be crazy good...

I did a fair amount of research, and I determined that this was the instant pot that would best meet our family's needs. It works great, has all of the safety features I expect from an instant pot pressure cooker, and it's pretty easy to operate for an experienced electric pressure cooker user. Best Buy had the best price hands down. I'm very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend this to anyone.

Super cooker!!! Does everything it said it would, big bright display, easy to use!!!

This is my first multi cooker; I chose this to replace my slow cooker after reading it can slow cook as well as pressure cook. First recipe attempt in the pressure cook setting resulted in the “food burn” error so I had to switch it to slow cook. Second and third attempts also resulted in “food burn” errors. I hope this is user error and will stop happening as I learn. The size is great. The sauté setting works wonderfully and reduces dishes for clean up. I have high hopes just need an adjusting period.

It is a great product for those who are in a hurry. I highly recommend it for the big meat eaters! It gets it done VERY quickly. However, the consistency of the meat and sometimes the color takes some getting use to. I must admit the old fashion stove/oven can't be beat! I am only a "newbie" when it comes to using this product, so my opinion might change as I use it more.

My wife loves the versatility of it and we're just getting started on the recipes. All the meals we've cooked in there have been good, so we have no complaints on anything. It's nice that it replaces both the slow cooker and the pressure cooker. We haven't tried sous vide yet, not sure if we will.

A welcome larger upgrade to my trusty 6 qt original Instant Pot which I've been using for the past 7 years without a hitch. So far so good after a few days in. I don't like how unstable the lid holder is, but at least you can set it on two sides. My gripe with Best Buy is that they use the mule delivery option with UPS which is slow, doesn't provide accurate tracking along the way, and in this case the box was tore but the contents were ok.

Love this pot! I like that the inner pot has handles on it. I like that it has a switch for the vent. It’s a very convenient tool. Food cooks so fast, made a pot roast within a hour. I got the 8 quart , Great size to cook larger meals.

Absolutely love my Instant Pot. The 6 quart would get an error when I used the saucé function so I returned it and bout this one. No problems to date. Love the larger size. I like to make greens it. They cook so fast!
