Very powerful cpu, sits at 4.2 ghz most of the time

Been running for 2 weeks now with no issues. Installation was simple. CPU drops into the LHGA 1700 socket. Stock CPU fan comes in the box and snaps on top of the CPU (see photo). I run compute intensive ML models and execution time is slightly faster than a 11th gen core i9-11900. So far I am very happy with the purchase As an aside the first CPU delivered has to be returned as the board would not boot. The return process was easy and efficient - Great customer service

I love it. Works perfect for gaming and really anything you throw at it. Price is reasonable for what you are getting. Amazing processor

This was used on in a mITX build with an Asus ROG Strix z790i motherboard and worked well right out of the box. Paired up with 64g DDR5 in XMP just fine without additional overclocking. I am happy with the CPU, boot time is roughly 10 seconds which is great and runs pretty cool. This setup did run a little hotter than my z590i with the 11700 but a slightly larger cpu cooler solved that issue.

This new Intel i7 CPU was purchased along a new ASUS motherboard, and with 2 new Corsair 16GB DDR5 memory modules. All three of these new components have been installed into my older computer providing new life/speed/performance), to my 5 yr old computer. All three were purchased from BB, delivered on time, and picked up at the local BB store - great job BB !

Amazing CPU. Used it for my first build to run games and stream/content creation and it does all of that for such a good price

Not to highly priced, hightened performance, even more threads and cores! Its a great processor for any beginner to intermediate gamer or even great for larger workloads!

Major update coming from I3. Easy to install. Important to note that fan will be noisy but it okay with the side panels on computer case.

The i7-13700 is a solid chip for multi-threaded and gaming workloads. While it isn’t able to be overclocked, if it’s cheaper than the K version and you have a B series motherboard, I’d strongly recommend this chip instead! It gets nearly identical performance, and as long as you adjust the default power limits, this is a great alternative!

Has been giving me good specs i really recommend, ive boight everything from Best Buy and i have not had any problem with thr items, wish they were a bit cheaper but u get what u pay for!!

Runs super fast and super cool. Chew everything games that I throw at ti (paring with a RTX 4080), everything can be maxed out at QHD

This thing has some power. Just make sure your watching what your buying this is not "k"

very strong CPU, but unfortunately it gave out after 7 months of use. Unclear what the cause was, but took it to a computer shop for testing and it was determined that the CPU was the cause of computer freezing
