QB Company has to improve system digital download

NEVER SHOPPING AT BEST BUY AGAIN!!!!

I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again, and am cancelling my Total Tech Support account as well. NOWHERE ON THE SITE DOES IT SAY NON-REFUNDABLE !!!! What a crappy company!

Don’t do it.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service is the worst in the industry. The software is not intuitive, they will not help you with it at all. I spent 3 hours just trying to activate my software. You cannot get anyone on the phone. If you use the chat feature to get help they refuse to wait while you see if their solution will work. They made me wait on the chat for 30 minutes while they “merged my account”, and then the code they gave me didn’t work but that rep was gone by then and I had to start the whole process over again. I only purchased this because I thought I could import my business books into Turbotax (another one of their products, and a better one), but you cant merge the info easily. It kept saying there was a communication error between 2 of their own products!! What a waste of time and money!!!

Be aware of what you are buying

They give you the license number but cannot provide you with a product number. That requires a 30-45 minute of being on hold with intuit to get.
