iPhone battery ordered and I was told I will be getting a call when the battery arrives

The iPhone battery replacement went smoothly an Apple associate scheduled the appointment for me. Total time was 1 hour start to finish

Very quick work and got my phone back to its good old self :)

So far until now my i-phone 6 plus is still running. The battery is doing it's purpose because it lasts really long even if I binge watching or surfing in the internet.

I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment. 3 hours later they finished changing my IPhone 13 battery. Not recommended.

I have a iPhone SE, I don’t like the bigger phones but will probably be getting an XS soon. But my phone is a couple years old so the battery was pretty much at its end. Took advantage of apples battery deal and since Best Buy is part of their authorized installerit was a no brainer. New one works great and I can make it last two days if need be

Scheduling was a bit of a think but the work completed was good. Cost was good. Just hated having to plan so far in advance and stand in line to see squad members. Also the lead time on the battery was not initially shared and I felt was a long time. Why are batteries not in stock? or at least an overnite item, not more than 7 days.

I brought an Iphone 6 to replace the battery as the Health indicator had less than 80% (suggested replacement value). Under the Apple authorized deal/repair program, BB did the work without me going to a Genius Bar. It was a simple and easy transaction, took about an hour from start to finish. Be sure to book your appointment online first!

Made an appointment, showed up and dropped off the phone to have the battery replaced under warranty. Within an hour and a half I had my phone back with a new battery that does not die like the previous one. very happy with the service.

The agent changed the battery and put screen shield on the iPhone. Two agents and both pleasant were pleasant.

I’ll try not make this too lengthy. So, in attempting to fix my original issue other issues arose. I had to go to another location that was about an hour away to have the matter rectified, which I didn’t really mind. The agent set the appointment on my behalf and when I got there I experienced the same great customer service as I did at the original location. However, after fixing my original issue and attempting to rectify the resulting issue, diagnostic tests determined that it would be best for me to get a new phone all together. Geek Squad quickly provided me with the best possible solution and took care of all the details for me. They ordered me a brand new phone from Apple which arrived in a matter of days! I can’t remember all the names but Brandon’s has stuck with me. Brandon, I truly appreciate you and your team’s efforts!:))

They explained exactly what the issue was with my phone and were able to repair it quickly in just a day. You couldn’t even tell that they opened the phone up or anything, it was like it was new. Absolutely would come here again to get a battery replacement or for any phone repair.
