I had no idea that I could have my battery replaced in my iPhone 7 Apple showed me where I could get my phone repaired. I made an appointment with Best Buy and only had to keep my phone for about 18 hours ! The Geek Squad did a great job and always very professional !

about 2 hours to change my battery, was cheaper than expected for apple certified.

My wife's phone had a terrible battery life and she recently got the battery replaced and is extremely satisfied with the result. She did go into phone withdrawal for the 2-3 hours it took to get it done.

I am a huge fan of the Geek Squad. They have saved my life. LOL. I was afraid I was going to have to purchase a new phone because no one could find anything wrong with it, but these guys figured it out and fixed it. I love them so much. <3

Scheduling was a bit of a think but the work completed was good. Cost was good. Just hated having to plan so far in advance and stand in line to see squad members. Also the lead time on the battery was not initially shared and I felt was a long time. Why are batteries not in stock? or at least an overnite item, not more than 7 days.

Brought the phone on for a battery replacement and Ethel guys at geek squad had to had the battery changed out in no time. Had no issues with the battery

BestBuy made a mistake with my contact info which made this process much longer than it needed to be. But once the service was done, it was done competently.

The agents assessed my phone condition and clearly explained what happened. They gave me the appropriate timeline of how long it would take and it was ready earlier than I anticipated. It was a low-cost repair and it saved me a lot of money looking for another phone. I would go back to Geek Squad again for any future repairs. They are competent, friendly and very helpful.

I brought a cell to replaced the battery, these steps took time and protocol. Come in make appointment Come back in wait turn Be seen by friendly courteous inclusive tech, When I came I was acknowledged by eye contact and verbally. The problem is not the employee. Your rigid internal protocols created a high-friction experience that wasted my time, “ oh sorry we can not fix this due to a crack on phone

iPhone 6s battery was died after three years and needed replacement. The new one works the way it should. Geeksquad did a great job after a couple of appointment glitches but all is good now

Only bad thing I would question is after standing in line and then another 15-20 minutes filling out paperwork, the person said let me see if we have the battery for your phone. Knowing that is why I was there, you would have thought that should have been the first thing to check so as to speed up the process for others if there wasn’t one.

The agent changed the battery and put screen shield on the iPhone. Two agents and both pleasant were pleasant.

Agent (Cara) was great! Repair was smooth and updates were much appreciated.
