The product can not exactly clean everywhere but random.

The product will be returned because it does not fit under modern furniture nor go over chords. The idea/concept great, but too much needs to be done to accommodate product limitations. It will be exchanged for a "regular" vacuum cleaner.

Easy set up out of the box. The mobile app is easy to use and requires limited effort to set up via your home wifi network. The app even lets you know that it can not be set up on 5g networks. Most wifi routers allow you do use both speeds (but you'll have to consult your router on how to set that up). The Roomba has physical buttons to start and stop clean, and to return back to the charging base. The app also does the same, and includes set up for automatic clean up, you pick the days of the week and the time to clean. You get a notification when cleaning is done (or if a problem occurs). I have stairs going down, when the Rooma approached the edge, it quickly backed up. I was so terrified that it would fall to its doom, but nope, it sensed the drop off and avoided sure death. The collecting canister is rather small and the filter is fairly thin. It filled up quickly when it went under my couches (as I never cleaned under there) It was a good job for a small room and once you run it a few times a week, the amount of debris collected will decrease. I have hardwood floors and it usually picks up hair and other small particles/dust. I cant comment on use for carpet. It takes my about 5 min to sweep my apartment. I only sweep a few times a month because I hated doing it. I set my Roomba up to clean twice a week and love it. I get 30min/month of my life back thats not dedicated to cleaning the floors!

Got this as a replacement for my previous Roomba, but this one had many issues, it won’t connect to phone app, many a times cannot find home base, and was always giving an error, and asking me to connect to phone.

Sorry, but for me this really did not do that job. If you have pets, forget it. Either this thing was getting stuck under my couch or closing itself in the bathroom or just going around forever trying to find the home base. and yes, home base was placed just how it should of been. My husband also said it just started out of the blue while I was away on vacation. The other big problem I had with it is it takes so long to vacuum an area that you end up spending more time cleaning out the vacuum then the vacuum actually saves you. I returned. definitely not something I would recommend.

Horrible. The only positive feature on this is the limited option of operating the robot from your phone. It’s loud, only has one brush, don’t clean well.

Purchased for my wife for Christmas. Her old Roomba had stopped working properly. One of the bumper sensors had failed. I have the new parts to repair it but never seem to have the time to get it done. Thought this would be a nice surprise. Maybe one day I'll get the old one fixed and she would have two. She set it up and within the first day the new one started damaging a floor runner. She cleaned up the mess and set to run again. Next time it ran it damaged another rug. According to her this is common with this model. Her older unit didn't seem to have these issues.

We used it for a week and it just stoped work. So we took it back and bought a cheaper brand from Amazon and we have had that one warranted 3 times so I am not sure that was the right decision.

Doesn't vacuum, operates when it wants, get stuck under furniture, goes in the same area and not the whole first floor Will definitely be returning this.

Don’t buy this product if you have any black color in your flooring, rugs or carpet. It will just stop and not continue vacuuming if it comes across any black color. Had to return ours!!!

This vacuum picks up little bits and pieces but doesn’t really get deep to get the dust that I need it to. It also doesn’t have route mapping. It’s path is very random and unpractical.

It was not why I was expecting. It was difficult to program it. The app was not helpful. Didn't clean parts of my house and it got stuck easily.

Pretty much just throws stuff around, or blows it with back airblower. will not go on carpets does a lot of circles and misses a lot of stuff. Only good for gettin minimal dog hair

Continue this low-end Roomba! It replaced a Dibea, which I wish I still had. This thing gets lost, runs out of power and often fails to communicate.

Never got the app to work. Wont go over short area rugs, and a piece in it broke within 30 days. Also when I let it go it just stops for no apparent reason not cleaning the whole room.

Not happy at all. For me the biggest problem was the “charging dock”. It cannot be placed out of the way. It needs to be out in the open. Not ok by me. Enough th make me return it.

I owned a previous Roomba lasted for years. Worked great. Had to finally replace it. Purchased this one and it’s junk. Does not always connect to charge on the base. It likes to go out the back door even though there is a small step. The previous Roomba I had would correct itself and not go out open doors, this one goes out open doors. If I could of had my other one fixed I would have. I’m ready to throw this one out.

Works nice in a completely flat and object free world. No such world! It gets stuck and shuts off a lot! Not autonomous as I would have hoped for.

Not a fan of robotic vaccums, this model just bounced on the furniture and walls. Ended up returning.

I purchased this with great expectations. The first week it worked well. The second week, I noticed it was dying in the middle of a job and sending me the report on my phone that the job was completed. You can only program it to clean once a day while you are gone. It has trouble finding the home station once the battery gets low. Not pleased at all. The battery life is the same on the higher priced models but doesnt last 60 minutes.
