This vacuum works great on hardwood floors and tile. The roomba transitioned easily from-one floor surface to another. Worked amazing on dog hair.

Picks up things great. Especially dog hair... only problem is it seems to not be able to find home half the time when it’s done.

Impressed with the cleaning ability of this little guy, especially with the dog hair. Very easy to set up and get going. Only complaint would be that it gets stuck very often. It even decides to blow past the invisible wall to get stuck sometimes. Overall a good option for an entry level robot vacuum.

Very Happy with my purchase. I Robot does a great job. I have two dogs that shed quite a bit so this is a big help. I recommend this cleaner.

I first bought the 650 and it worked great for about 7 months. Good thing I bought the warranty through Best Buy. When I took in the 650 they credited money for the product and the warrenty. So I decided to upgrade since the 650 wasn't working well on the carpet I bought for my wood floor. The 690 so far is doing really well. It hasn't got stuck at all and is able to pick up dog hair. I have four dogs and of all, I have one Husky. You can only imagine how much hair she sheds daily. The product is great and will never give up on Roomba.

Awesome vacuum for a golden retriever. I’m use to coming home and picking up loads of dog hair, but those days are long gone. Very pleased.

This think does a wonderful job at maintaining a clean carpet. We have two dogs that shed and the Roomba gets their hair up great. You can see and more importantly feel the difference. We have it schedule to run everyday and love it. We a little noisy to the family at first but now we don’t even notice it running.

This was my first robot vacuum and I can honestly say I was impressed. Its cleaning methods are almost completely random but it never missed a spot. It isn't as good at finding the base as higher models. Sometimes hair will get caught on the brush but these units are very easy to clean. If you are on a tighter budget this is the vac for you.

I wanted to get my wife one of these for mother's day as a gift and one the primary reason for getting this model was the ability to connect this to Google Home. It's been a great choice as this has cut down almost completely the amount of time my wife has to sweep and the ability to tell Google to get the robot going is definitely pretty cool.

I love how I can do dishes and vacuum at the same time. I like that it has a schedule. Would like to buy the mop version.

This thing really sucks, which is what makes it so beautiful. Picks up dirt my old upright vacuum would not capture.

It learns as it goes. Took about a week but it mapped out my whole first floor. It’s easy to set up and get connected to cell phone.

My new roomba is amazing and has done a wonderful job in its first full week of work. Programing the robot was easy and convenient.

This roomba is the best purchase I’ve made this year. I absolutely love it!!! I have a Boxer that sheds everywhere and i was having to vacuum my tile floors nearly everyday and now i don’t have to, bc the roomba picks it all up!! It’s my favorite house cleaning tool!!

We loved our first Roomba so much we went out and bought another one so we can have them both running on separate ends of the house.

Oh how I love my roomba. It is the 690 model. I named her my helper. Which is the perfect name. The house is so much cleaner now. I love being able to schedule her cleaning days. Well actually my granddaughter did that for me. I am older and it is Hard to vacuum under the beds and dressers. Just truly love this product

My wife and I are always playing with this once we get home "wheres the roomba", sometimes it gets stuck on the bathroom, and sometimes it doesnt go back to charge (i think my walls are too thick and it cant get back). But it does the job well and keeps the floor clean longer between our housekeeper comes

I bought this as my second roomba. I already had a higher end model (900 series) and wanted another one for a small part of my house. I am really amazed with how easy it was to set this second one up in our house and how much it is able to do! I don't even notice any differences between it and the 900 series one I already had!

Really good suction but it could be a bit better at “going home.” But for the price it’s a great robotic vacuum.

While I’m sad it doesn’t “map” the house like more expensive models, it does a great job as a daily cleaner! And we have dogs!
