Takes some time to learn its surroundings and to seemingly teach itself to actually pick up everything on the floor, but after a couple of runs, it has the lay of the land and won't skip over anything it should pick up. Very easy to set up and use, especially with Alexa.

This robotic vacuum does a great job of basic cleaning in my house. We love that we now need to use the big vacuum much less as this pretty much gets all the main areas of the house with no issue. Has some problems on thicker carpet, but overall it does a fantastic job.

Got this for a house with wood floors and carpeted floors, and it works great all around.

My wife is beyond happy with this product. We have 1 dog and 2 kids and this Roomba has helped cut the time we typically spend on our hardwood and carpeted floors in half. I did a lot of research and finally settled on this one, i am very pleased with the performance.

This vacuum is great for those who have pets! I have 3 dogs that shed frequently. Sometimes it's hard to keep up with it and especially when it gets under the couch or bed. This is convenient and is able pick it up even when I'm not home.

Won’t replacement a Dyson or Shark, but a handy tool to keep house tidy on a day to day basis. Surprisingly efficient. Main draw back is it will occasionally die before returning to charger. Very annoying. Works flawlessly with Amazon Alexa.

I have two English Shepherd dogs and they shed constantly. The Roomba has not let me down. It does the job faithfully and doesn't miss a spot. The dogs try to play with it but are learning to leave it alone while it does it's job. Would definitely recommend.

My husband loves his Roomba. He has put it to work just about every day. There is an app you can download & turn vacuum while you aren't even home. The Roomba is nice because it can get to places we can't get to all the time (like under the bed). No complaints!

Dollar for dollar this is a great buy. Vacuum could be a little stronger.

WE purchased this after being thoroughly disappointed in a Neatbotvac 80 a few years ago. The Roomba is everything that the neatbot wasn't. It is quieter,more efficient in its cleaning, and doesn't get in jams all of the time like the neatbot did. We haven't had any occasion to contact Roomba customer support so I can't comment on that but most of the previous reviews said that they were very helpful. The main complaint that we had with the neatbot was their customer service. When we began to have trouble with it and called them, the rep all but hung up on me when she found out that I had the extended service contract. I had technical questions to try to understand what was wrong with the neatbot and she flat out refused to help me. My wife is very happy with the amount of dust/debris it is getting up from those hard to reach places. So far, so good!

I love my Roomba. I use it several times a day to keep up with the pet hair in my apartment. It works extremely well, and I find that I'm only having to vacuum once a week with my regular vacuum instead of every day. It really keeps the place clean.

Does a pretty good job of getting around things but does get caught up.

I've only seen it used once, but seems to get the job done. Some difficultly transitioning from wood floor to certain carpets, especially runner type rugs. Decent suction but don't expect it to pick up heavy dirt and debris.

Hopefully the wife likes it. She asked for one so hopefully this meets her demands.
