It does such an amazing job. We usually let it run while we are at work and come home to nice clean carpet. We read a lot of reviews that it was loud but its really not that bad and does a thorough job in our one bedroom apartment.

Performs as stated. A little hard to open the empty bin - prob. due to fact that I am a Sr. citizen with hand strength issues. Cleans easily. Always finds it's way back to doc when recharging needed. Have yet to sync with phone app.

This is a must have - it gets the extras! I cannot live without it.

I am excited about this robot vacuum! Although the Roomba 690 needs 2.5 G WiFi to work - I have 5 and 3- I called tech support since it was avinv problems connecting to wifi. But, I have Charter (Spectrum) and the internet is unreliable. So, I could try and play with it to get it to connect to schedule vacuum times but I'd rather not deal deal with the app on my phone using up the battery with the location on. Perhaps I will deal with wifi connection at a later point. It works fine without wifi. You can turn it on right before you walk out the door, before you go to bed, or in rooms you are not in while you are still at home. It really is a cool gadget. I'll write another review after a week.

I love the fact that I can get to relax or go to bed with the knowledge that my floors will still be clean. It is louder than I anticipated but still much quieter than my standard vacuum cleaner.

Cleans and makes nice lines in my carpet. Isn’t the smartest gadget around as it constantly gets stuck. Doesn’t seem like the technology has improved much over the last 10-15 years. Overall it works for us

There are some adjustments that have to be made for it to work well, but once you learn what trips it up and what doesn't, it does a really nice job cleaning and the best part is I don't have to even be home.

My wife loves it so we bought more for Christmas gifts this year.

We have two dogs and a cat hard floor with area rugs and it works very well. It runs through the house every other day with no problems. This is our second Neato first one we had about three years we just decided to upgrade.
