Ever since the move to MP3 I’ve generally been dissatisfied with the sound sound quality. Sure I can have my entire library at all times but I’ve never had an experience really replicating CD sound quality… until now. Using dolby atmos, combined with apple lossless format has finally reproduced the quality I’ve missed. Bravo!

If you’ve used and loved Jabra Elite wireless headphones in the past, you may be surprised to learn that the Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 will be this product line’s final release as the company plans to shift away from consumer devices. However, it seems Jabra’s saved the best for last and improvements in the Elite 10 Gen 2 include enhanced noise cancelation, better transparency mode, and more precise voice isolation during hands-free calls thanks to the its 6 microphones and adaptive noise detection. It also gains the ability to use its charging case as a wired audio transmitter. This latter feature gives the ear buds an extra edge in terms of device compatibility since these can be used with devices that have USB-C or 3.5mm audio-out but not Bluetooth, like treadmills and entertainment systems on airplanes. The Elite 10 Gen 2 comes in various colors which all have a soft, matte finish that looks sleek without feeling slippery in the hand. The single LED indicator on the front of the case communicates remaining battery life and activity status, for example Bluetooth pairing, charging, and updating. The case can be charged via the included USB-C cable or on a Qi wireless charger. The buds will charge automatically while stored in the case and have a battery life of around 6 hours with ANC (active noise cancellation) enabled plus an additional 3.5 full charges from the case for a total of 27 hours of use or 36 hours with ANC off. The headphones power on and off automatically when removed or placed in the case, and you can view their individual power levels as well as that of the case in the app. It takes around 3 hours to fully charge the ear buds and case but only around 5 minutes to gain an hour's worth of use. The charging cable also comes with a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter, so it can be plugged into various audio-out ports for audio streaming; just press the button on the case after connecting it to a device, and you’ll hear a tone confirming that it’s connected. Since these ear buds use Bluetooth 5.3, streaming is lag-free for perfectly synced audio when watching video, and with Bluetooth Multipoint, you can connect with two audio source devices at the same time. The ear buds themselves have a lightweight, secure, and contoured fit. While I generally find ear buds start to hurt my ears after about an hour, the curved shape of the soft silicone EarGel sleeve along with the four sizes included allowed me to find a fit that was comfortable over longer listening sessions. They also sat securely in my ears during use, even during workouts, despite not penetrating very deep into the ear canal. They have an IP57 waterproof rating which can resist being submerged up to 30 minutes at a depth of 3ft, though the two-year warranty also protects against failure from dust and water. The default sound sculpting from these ear buds is slightly bright with full sounding but not rumbling bass. In general these sound clear and well-rounded with excellent sound placement and stereo separation. There are preset EQ profiles designed for things like speech, treble, and bass boost, or create your own custom EQ curve with 5 adjustable ranges from bass to treble. There is also a separate EQ setting for calls. With ANC activated constant droning noises around you are dampened fairly well with little to no hissing white noise when connected over Bluetooth. However, some line noise may be introduced when using the case as a transmitter. Alternatively, stay aware of your surroundings by enabling HearThrough (transparency) mode which allows you to listen to your surroundings while playing your music or podcast in the background. This mode also amplifies voices which helps if you're listening for announcements or having a conversation. Jabra’s Sound+ mobile app allows settings personalization including a custom name for your headset, enabling “spatial sound” (virtualized 3D surround sound) with or without head tracking, controls for calls and media like play/pause, track skipping, voice assistant trigger and switching ANC modes. Volume adjustments will always be executed using a 1-second press on the right and left ear buds to raise and lower volume respectively. However, note that the buttons on the outside of the earpiece have to be physically pressed in as they are not touch or swipe sensitive. Sidetone allows you to hear your own voice in the headset with adjustable volume during calls but can be turned off. Spatial sound works for games, movies, and music giving you an immersive feel by adding more depth and dimension. Just note that if you’re listening to Dolby Atmos content, you’ll want to turn spatial sound off as it can distort the intended audio placements and muddy the sound. I found the head tracking feature interesting since it adjusts the 3D soundscape as you turn and move your head, keeping instrumentation fixed in space, so for example, if you turn your head to the right the sound will move into your left earpiece which would be “facing” the audio source. However, note that if you face a different direction for more than 5 seconds, the soundstage will move and re-center around you. With head tracking off, the sound maintains directionality and spatial positioning relative to you so will always sound the same even if you move about. The ear pieces can be used individually by simply leaving the second one in the case, though you may need to change your phone’s settings for stereo mixing, and you won’t have access to the unused ear piece’s physical controls. For voice assistant options I was able to select Google or Android default, like Gemini, but not Alexa; on iOS devices, you should be able to select Siri. You can quickly activate the voice assistant by double-clicking the left button. These headphones have calm soothing voice prompts which are clear but a bit low volume when you're listening to something. The headset employs Jabra’s PeakStop hearing protection protocols to prevent acoustic shocks that may damage your hearing. It can also serve as a white noise machine, producing an endless loop of relaxing sounds like songbirds, waterfall, waves, etc. ‘Find my Jabra’ can help you track your headphones by displaying its last known location on a map (requires access to mobile GPS data). Overall, the Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 is a comfortable and versatile set of true wireless ear buds that work well in variety of situations from listening to your jam during a workout, to watching streaming content or taking calls on-the-go. Noise Cancelling and HearThrough performance are both quite good, and you'll be able to use the case for streaming wired connections. The battery life is fair, but can last you all day so long as you take breaks to put them in the case to charge.

Jabra has been making great headphones for a long time and the tradition continues with the Elite 10 Gen 2. The sound quality is great when it comes to the highs and mids, you can hear every detail as intended by the artist. The Elite 10 Gen 2 do a decent job with the lows, I wouldn’t say that it is best in class but its more than enough for me. The quality of build and fit the headphones is perfect, Jabra provides four pairs of gel tips which ensure a perfect fit to help reduce outside noise while keeping comfort to the max. I have used the headphones consistently for 6 hours a day without issue. The physical buttons have a great tactile feel and are SO MUCH better than touch-based ones as clicks always register. The recharging case has a great mate finish to it, the denim version I have looks great, and the case has strong magnets to ensure that your headphones do not fall out. The sounds quality and premium feel of the headphones is very similar to gen 1 versions of the Elite 10 ( I have a black pair), the difference comes in spatial audio, noise cancellation and the addition of a smart audio case. The noise cancellation is better than the previous generation, but it is not by much, I would say it does a better job at reducing sounds that are closer to you than the previous generation for instance a small desk fan. When it comes to the spatial audio the upgrade is very noticeable, when watching movies with Dolby Atmos you are completely immersed in the content. The previous Elite 10 did a good job with spatial audio but Gen 2 takes it up a notch as it feels like you have speakers behind your head. The smart case is a killer feature as it allows you to use your headphones with any device that has a headphone jack or USB plug, you just plug the smart case in and now you can stream content to your headphones. The remarkable thing about using the smart case is that the spatial audio still comes through and I don’t have to upgrade my AVR to use wireless headphones. My only issue with the headphones has been that the app doesn’t connect/register quickly once I start using the headphones, it just seems to get stuck in a loop and I have to restart the app. Otherwise the app is still as good as before, allows you to change the EQ to better suit your needs and allows you to turn on head tracking for spatial audio. Overall Jabra made some nice refinements from the prior gen product and the smart case feature is excellent because it allows you to use the headphones in so many other areas than you could before. If you’re in the market and you don’t have the prior gen I would recommend these as they are well built and offer great sound and can be used anywhere with mostly anything. Pros not mentioned in review: • Fast connect (Bluetooth connects quick even if the app doesn’t) • Battery life ( 3 days of 8 hours each day before case/headphones needed to be recharged) • Call clarity. One of the best for phone call/online meeting • GPS showing where you last used headphones. • Noise cancelling doesn’t make it sound like you’re in a fish tank

    Great headphones with a flaw

Introduction Jabra has been in the audio business for a while now, and they have a varied selection of headphones. Going in I already have an older pair of Jabra headphones, so I’m familiar with the sound+ app. What comes in the box? Out of the box you get the headphones, case, a USB-C to 3.5mm jack, and extra/different sized silicone plugs. Minor wins The app is still simple; which is great. The interface is easy to navigate, and it really does have some extra nice features such as “find my headphones,” a battery status, etc. Pairing the headphones to your phone via the app takes a few minutes. Major wins The headphones look great. I especially like the white/cream color. The case can recharge wirelessly, so for me, the USB-C to USB-A/C cable that’s not included for recharging is a secondary means of case recharging. Usage Once I paired the headphones, I began playing with the options and settings. One of the newer features on this headphone is the spatial sound. This is a really nice feature that makes you feel like you’re immersed/surrounded by the music/audio, whatever it is that you’re listening to. A sub feature on the spatial sound is head tracking. For me, this is sort of weird. Head tracking allows the music to remain “in front of you at all times.” What I mean by his is that if you’re listening to music and you turn your head to the right, the audio will be more pronounced on the left earphone. I found it pretty gimmicky, so I leave it off. You can choose from 6 music presets, or adjust the EQ to your liking. One of the nicer features is the soundscapes. There are relaxing sounds that are supposed to create a relaxing atmosphere. Using the provided USB-C to 3.5mm jack allows you to instantly pair the Elite 10’s to whatever you plugged the 3.5mm jack into. The case acts as a bridge. This is a really nice feature if you fly a lot. You can simply plug in the 3.5mm jack in and you can use your wireless headphones to watch a movie or listen to music. I thought it would be a silly gimmick, but it’s a fast and quick way to use your headphones without pairing it via Bluetooth. The headphones are comfortable. I had them on for about 3 hours straight, and I didn’t experience any major discomfort. The touch functions on the headphones are simple. You have a few simple options in regards to music and calls. Minor issues My current Jabra headphones have a case that can stand. It really is a minor thing, It’s disappointing to see that the Elite 10’s case can only be laid down. Major issues The ANC is hit or miss for me. You can toggle the ANC (Noice cancelling) by pressing on the left earphone button. You can also turn it on/off on the app. Anyway, the issue is that once I turn ANC on, I hear the difference immediately, however, the ANC turns off automatically and goes to “off” setting about 3 seconds later. The three options you have by default is “off, hear through, and ANC.” I’ve tried multiple times, and I get the same result. So I’m not if this is just an issue with my headphones, or is this a widespread issue, and it’ll be patched with a firmware update. As for now, I don’t use the Elite 10’s for noise cancelling. Primarily for Those looking for a new pair of headphones or replacing ones from a few years ago. Probably not for Those who purchased a good pair of headphones within the last year. All in all The Elite 10’s are a nice pair of headphones. The big issue was the ANC not functioning properly. Aside from that, the audio is great, the case charges wirelessly, and the app has a bevy of nice features. I would recommend this, as long as there’s an update to the ANC issue soon.

I heard about these buds on The Vergecast and was excited to check them out for several reasons, but one in particular. So I'll get right to it: these wireless earbuds do something that (to the best of my knowledge) no other buds do. The charging case comes with a cable that has a USB-C on both ends, but also a little a 3.5mm adapter jack. Plug the USB-C end into the charging case, plug the 3.5mm jack into the headphone jack of basically ANY audio device ever made, press the button on the charging case and... you can now listen to that device on your brand new awesome earbuds. My friends, this is straight up MAGIC. What does this mean in practice? Check the photos I'm included. Still have a perfectly good iPod laying around with all your old tunes on it that you never use because it doesn't have Bluetooth and all your headphones are wireless? Well, charge that bad boy up because it not only works with these earbuds but it sounds better than it ever did with those cheap old wireless earbuds that came with it. There's another sonic benefit to this little magic trick. Dolby Atmos (again, to best of my knowledge) does not work over Bluetooth but *does* work using this cable and charging case. Hooked it up with the 3.5mm jack to my MacBook Pro and voila: Dolby Atmos through wireless earbuds via the AppleTV app. You can also just go USB-C from your phone to the USB-C on the charging case and listen to Dolby Atmos music tracks in Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc. It also handles Hi-Res Lossless with no problems. I really, really like having the option and flexibility to hear music and movies in these higher quality streams when I want to. Sometimes I don't really care or I just don't want to mess with the cable and am fine listening at the peaks of what Bluetooth can handle. But man it's nice to know I don't have to just settle for that. Sound quality has impressed me and been on par with the two sets of Sony headphones/earbuds I have. Maybe even a little better? I won't pretend to be an audiophile, but I sampled a wide range of styles and genres and it did good with everything. Electronic music sounded pretty incredible. The recent Dolby Atmos mix of some of John Lennon's solo work was terrific. The Jabra phone app is hands down better than Sony's in both usability and design. It's easy to get to all the settings you want and everything makes sense. You can try things out like setting EQ and head tracking. I find the latter to be a little useless and kind of strange - but I can see where it might come in handy if you're out running in a big city with a lot of traffic. That's just not my use case. They've even got some ambient/background noise options you can turn on if you just want some sounds to drown out the real word. Speaking of, I think noise cancelling here is excellent. Really solid. I live near a busy highway and the traffic noise is cut immensely when ANC is on. I have to say that I think the "hear through" mode is even more impressive. Both mods are adjustable and I have found a setting for the hear through mode that I really like. It allows me to still hear life around me and even have comfortable conversations without needing to pause what I'm listening to. It's pretty great. Along these lines, phone calls are also great. I tested out making a call while running water in the background at the kitchen sink. The person on the other end couldn't hear the water at all and said my voice sounded clear and at a good volume. Truthfully, all these sound details (minus the cable trick + Dolby Atmos) probably are not vastly different from other earbuds and sonic preferences are very subjective, so it's the little things that make or break a set of headphones. I love the denim color of these. I love how they feel both in the hand and in the ear. I love that Jabra included four additional sizes of tips AND made a point in the manual to mention that some people use one size for one ear and another size for their other. (That's me!) I like that the tips are easy to get on and off. I really like that the controls on the buds themselves are not touch sensitive and instead work by pushing in on the silver part, which is actually a functioning button. It makes a satisfying click and you can play/pause, answer calls, trigger your voice assistant, etc. Hold down either side and you will raise/lower the volume. It just all works really well. The build is nice and the packaging is nice. The battery life has been fantastic (haven't had to charge again since I topped them off the day I got them) and I see no obvious reason to think these earbuds won't last me a good long life of normal use. Do you want to exercise in them? Well, I'd look into that more before you buy but my thinking is you definitely could. I don't think running/jogging/cycling would be an issue at all. If you're doing something that has more head movement then I'd definitely check which tips are going to give you the best fit. All in all, these immediately have become my favorite pair of buds I've ever owned. An easy recommend.

There are a whole lot of in-ear ear buds and they normally do the same thing but some brands just make better products. I have Sony, Samsung and now these Jabra ear buds and I am pleasantly surprised by what these can do in such a small form factor. :::General Thoughts::: Opening the box for these was a simple experience nothing too crazy. In the box you will find the earphones, gel tips, and a usb cable. Although I am not too sure of my cable as it is an auxiliary to usb type c and how it could be used with a pair of wireless earbuds. - Setup & Features - Downloading the Jabra Sound + app is what lets you setup the headphones and it all took less than five minutes to do. I really like the app because it can do so much. I can customize the touch controls on the buds, change the sound settings, like ANC, Spatial Audio (head tracking) I never experienced spatial audio and with these headphones, they are good, I cannot say how good they are because I do not have anything to compare them to. Windows does have its own version, but I never really got it working, so I cannot really compare the two. Just so you know, I have a Samsung S24 Ultra it supports Bluetooth 5.3 and that is exactly what these headphones use. There was an update that was available almost immediately and it took a while to download to the device and install. I feel that the interface for the Sound + app is very user friendly and it looks good in fact I like it better than the Gear Manager for my Samsung Buds which just looks so plain in comparison. You will see what I mean in the photos I attach. - Sound - I did not expect these to sound as good as they do it is amazing putting these in your ear and hearing the ANC kick in immediately. Make sure you use the right sized ear tips to get the best seal to prevent noise from getting in our out. You can change the ANC options as well to suit your liking and I turned on the wind feature so that it does not pick that up in an environment like that. I like the spatial audio feature I tested it out on Spotify while listening to audio books, and on YouTube and Crunchyroll and lastly Netflix. Out of the four it is only Crunchyroll that does not support spatial audio. I enjoyed my experience because some movies, tv shows are best uninterrupted. I was very surprised with the call quality; I would like to compare these to my buds pro 2 and I must admit that I do not have faith in ear buds and call quality. But these Jabra sound great and the individuals on the other end heard me clearly without complaints of being muffled but this is while I tested on my android phone. In Windows, it was an average call quality because of the Bluetooth version and Citrix and the latency it introduced on the devices you use in that work environment. I can not really fault Jabra for that, though. This can not be said about my Samsung Buds Pro 2 call quality. There was always a complaint; it was hit or miss, and it was annoying. Battery life is as advertised with these I really like the wireless charging feature, and I like the quick charging feature too. Of course, these will not last all day like over-the-ear headphones but they are great at what they do. This is a first for me, as I could not find anything to complain about or anything that irritated me. I do not like the word perfect because nothing is perfect but these are awesome and sound great and for my use, they check all the boxes and they cost about the same as their competitors. One thing I will say is that I do not use this while being active because for me, these are not useful in situations like that where I have to worry about losing or dropping them. Overall, I like these I do not know what the previous model sounded like, as these are my first but I am happy with my new ear buds. I think you would be too if you decide to pick these up.

I've been using these Jabra Elite Gen 2 wireless earbuds for the past week or so and I am quite impressed with them. While they aren't the best sounding earbuds I've ever tested or owned.. they do sound pretty good. They definitely sound better than other Jabra earbuds I've used in the past. The Jabra Sound + app is quite handy for toggling music presets. I prefer to use the Bass Boost and Energize music presets. To my ears, these sound the best as I prefer to have more bass and sometimes higher treble along with bass for beat bumping bass. I listen to a lot of Rock music, so I don't completely want to drown out treble. These headphones aren't very loud ( which is not a bad thing) You need to protect your hearing. But to me, they don't get as loud as other headphones I own. Fortunately, it's not a hinderance as the drivers push a nice clean and balanced sound to your ears. The Spatial Audio on these sounds more "convincing" when you turn the head tracking function on. Otherwise it just sounds like a subtle Hall effect to me. It's a feature I personally can live without but it sounds cool when the media you are listening to takes full advantage of it. Battery life is very very good, I've yet to charge the case and it still has a 80% charge remaining. I fell asleep with the earbuds in the other night listening to a podcast. I Don't know how long they were on, but the fact that Ive been using them for about 5 days and it still has an 80% charge is very impressive. Sometime's I am away from home 12 hours at a time and it is awesome to know that I can rely on these to maintain and hold a charge for days. These earbuds have a very neat trick up its sleeve, ( which I haven't gotten to use as much as I want) because more and more devices are removing 3.5mm AUX jacks from them. But these earbuds include a usb-c to 3.5mm audio cable which you can use to connect to literally any device with a 3.5mm aux port and pair it to your earbuds with the press of a button on the charging case. The connection is instant and reliable. I've used it to connect it to my TV and my gaming monitor when I want to listen to my movie or video games without disturbing my partner at night. I tend to do most my movie watching and gaming late at night so It is cool to be able to use these for that. It is such a cool feature and I think it makes it worth buying these. Do you have an old cassette player? an old cd player? You will be able to pair these with it and listen to your old tapes or cd's with them with Spatial Audio! Build quality is very good, I love the soft touch material that the earbuds and case are made of. The earbuds are comfortable and haven't fallen out of my ears when I go to sleep with them on. A problem I've always had with other earbuds. I slept the whole night with these on the other day and I did not experience and pain or fatigue from them. (weird thing to do) I know but I like listening to podcasts while I fall asleep without disturbing my parter's sleep while doing so. All in all.. I really like these earbuds and they will be my daily drivers for the foreseeable future. Pros - Spatial Audio for all your music and media Battery for days and days Comfortable for long sessions No bluetooth? Got a 3.5mm headphone port? These will pair with it! Cons - Some initial software bugs ( but seem to have been fixed with the latest firmware update) make sure you check for the latest update if you buy these. -they sound a little muted / muffled at low - mid volume.

I've had multiple Jabra products over the years and their sound quality is generally good. These are no exception. I like the look of the case. It's a bit more compact than some. I've only charged the case twice so far (they are at 30% now) and have used the buds for several hours a day so there's quite a bit of battery life overall. The headphones were easy enough to connect to my phone, however the app was a struggle. The app took several tries of force closing and then reopening for it to see the buds were connected. Sound quality is very good. I didn't much care for the spatial sound head tracking so I've left that off after giving it a try. I imagine this would be awesome while gaming though! I listen to a lot of audio books and the speech setting does make the sound richer. There's a very definite noticeable difference between the music presets as well as the option to save custom equalizer settings as well. The quality of music sound is very good. The bass hits but not overwhelming and the treble is good and clear. I absolutely love the soundscape options!!! I love that it provides background noise to help me focus as well as these are great for sleep! Since I generally sleep on one side, I have the other earbud in and this is my zen! The ventilation fan is a new one for me and I love the low tone of that one. A nice feature is the cable with a 3.5mm adapter that allows a user to listen to devices that don't have Bluetooth! Call quality is very good. ANC works great. The hear through is ok. The environment sound is pretty quiet, but it doesn't sound like the environment noise is coming out of a bucket like others I've used. At times it was just a quiet as the ANC. These are comfortable! All day wearing comfortable! After a few hours, or after eating, I do have to adjust them so they are back where they need to be because they feel like are slipping out, but they have never fallen out. And it takes a very long time of wear to feel that way. Not an issue for me, just something I noticed. Overall, I love these earbuds and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They are a bit pricey but they are quality.

These are my first Jabra in ear headphones, music quality is in my opinion second to none. Set up with the Sound + app is super simple, they paired immediately with my phone, tablet and computer. The app is a great user interface and easy to use for customizing your Jabra Elite's. The display shows battery charge for both ear buds and the case. Changing sound modes from ANC, Hear Through and Off renders differences in noise cancellation, although there is a subtle difference I did notice it. The ANC worked perfectly as it should. Dolby spatial sound really made me feel like I was immersed in the music. I really like the head tracking feature, but it did take a bit to get used to at first. It makes it so that the music always sounds like it is coming from directly in front of you. Stereo Spatializer enhances the sound and widens the stereo content. You can choose 6 presets or manipulate the equalizer to your own liking. Soundscape is a cool idea, I have used it several times before going to bed to just flat out relax. So here is one of the only flaws, the LE case will not operate as described likely until Q1 2025 until the new firmware release, which I confirmed with Jabra. The Bluetooth™ LE Audio feature for the Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 earbuds is planned for release in Q1 2025. A little confusing since it describes this feature right on the box. At any rate not a huge deal but here is the best part, you can hook this right to in flight entertainment systems, game changer.... The included charging cable is USB C with a plug for older audio systems. Cool.... The bottom line in headphones for me is sound quality and fit, these check both boxes so I would definitely recommend them.

Premium design, decent sound but Pricey

I have been using these buds for 1 week and here are my impressions: Positives: - Premium design. The case and the buds have kind of a grippy texture which gives them a premium feel. The buttons on the buds are easy to press and they are tactile buttons. The buds fit well in my ears. I mostly use them when I am working or walking and they don't move. But I am not sure how would they hold in more intense scenarios like while running. - Decent Balanced Sound The sound on these is decent and well balanced. These buds have Dolby Atmos and Head Tracking which is available only few other models (e.g. Apple AirPod). Active Noise Canceling (ANC) works well. The Sound+ app provides access to a five-band music equalizer that allows you to configure the music as per your preference. The audio quality as well as the quality of the mic during the calls is good as well. - Well designed app The Sound+ app is well designed and works without any issues. It provides access to a number of things e.g. Sound Modes (turn on/off ANC, HearThrough), Music Equalizer, Controls etc. The settings menu of the app allows: Firmware updates, Configuration of Voice Assistant, Adjust voice calling features and few other things. The battery life of the buds and the case is ok. I am easily able to go through my whole day of use without a need for re-charging and then I put them on charging towards the end of the day. The case provides hard wired charging (via USB-C port) as well as wireless charging (via Qi-compatible wireless charging pad). Negatives: The only thing that keeps me giving them a 5 stars is their price. So overall, these are well designed ear buds with good sound quality and a number of other features. If you don't mind spending ~280 USD, you will enjoy them!

Fit is Perfect - Stays Connected to iPhone WIFI

I had a previous version of Jabra Ear Buds and thought they were perfect but the Jabra Elite 10 GEN 2 is so much better. These are truly PERFECT in every way. I love music and listen to it almost constantly so I need an ear bud that switches to calls on my iPhone quick and seamlessly. These do it perfectly. The sound of my music is amazing. They have added such a nice experience when I am working at home or walking the dog. I can tap either earbud to connect and disconnect to my iPhone. I love the ease of not needing to find a button. I just tap and things happen. They are so comfortable in my ear. They come with 4 EarGel sizes and two of each size so it is so easy to find the perfect fit. The EarGel seems to contour to fit my ear canal so it is much better at tuning out the rest of the world. It is truly noise canceling and very comfortable. I have had ear buds that won’t stay connected to my iPhone WIFI this pair stays connected. I was talking on the phone and tried to turn volume up using the earbuds but disconnected instead so I did need to practice using the taps on the earbuds. The APP is free at the APP Store and makes it easy to personalize the earbuds so I can to my listening pleasure. I was so excited when I first got the earbuds that I just did a search for Jabra but there were so many APPS that I did not know which one to use. Then I found a QR code to scan that took me to Jabra and it directed me to the correct APP. The APP makes all the difference when using these earbuds for the perfect experience. I love these and my music and calls never sounded better.

I have long been a fan of Jabra headsets, and as each generation of bluetooth headset was released, I I have been an enthusiastic early adopter. The newest Jabra-Elite 10 set does not disappoint. I enjoy watching movies on my iPad using AR glasses to mimic a 120" screen but the sound quality from those glasses leave much to be desired. When I paried the Elite 10 with the AR Glasses in terms of my listening experience, it felt as if I was sitting in a Dolby theater. The directional sound was amazing, and the fact that the sound changes mirrors the changes in my head position really blew me away. The Atmos effects when watching films with Atmos decoding was impressive, and I look forward to trying them out with some Atmos music selections.

Great concept, they don’t stay in your ears as predicted. Pros - - Great sound for the size, I would say they lean more into the highs and mids. But the bass can get there if you want it too. It might not sound as good though at higher volumes. - Great battery life for longer usages. Cons - - features that others talk about as the LE case are not available yet. Kinda odd to advertise to people and it’s not able to be used. Relying on companies after purchase is a big no for me. - Popping in the ear still happens even with the semi open design. I believe this in personal preference but if you have problems with popping. This set might not make that much of a difference. - the cases magnets are not as strong when putting the earbuds back in. They will more than likely need an extra push in to make sure they charge. Not something I’m looking for in a 280 dollar set of earphones.

Hello Duck - Thank you for taking the time to post your review of the Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2.  We are sorry to learn that you cannot find a comfortable, secure fit for the earbuds.  We hope that you take the time to try each of the eargel sizes that are included with the product, keeping in mind that you may use different sizes for each ear.  While the Bluetooth transmitter of the charging case may not be low energy at the outset, you can still plug the case into a non-Bluetooth device (with either a 3.5mm or USB connector) and transmit the signal wirelessly to the earbuds.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Product Support Team directly.  You can find contact information on the Jabra website within the Elite 10 Gen 2 support pages at https://bit.ly/3Lckenn or give us a call at 800-327-2230.  Thanks again! Finally found a good pair of earbuds that won't fall off easily. Very comfortable to wear. I really like how you can plug in the case to a computer's aux port and use it to connect to your earbuds. The battery life is around 5-6 hours with ANC.
