I would not recommend this at all. They come with 6 sets of ear pieces 3 rubber and 3 fabric. The problem is they don't stay in my ear. They will pop out when running or just standing around. The sound quality is ok but I don't think it's as good as the power beats. I've only had them for 3 weeks and I'm looking for a new pair.

This is not a cheap headset and I was looking forward to a better product so I was very disappointed. It was difficult to assemble and came with no instructions, directed you to their website where you had to find which product you had before you could find the users manual. The deal breaker was the tinny sound.

These buds are probably great, perfect even, for a different type of user, but for me they are a no go for two reasons. One, my ear canals are small and they are uncomfortable. Because the buds have the battery on the actual earpiece themselves, they tend to be heavy, which was fine in the case of my jabra rox's, but because these do not provide a small enough attachment and they do not go far enough into my ear to support the weight. consequently the weight pulls them out of my ear. For the same reason I do not get a great seal to block out sound. Second: They are not meant to be worn if they are not actually in use which doesn't work for me. I wear my buds all day everyday for work, for play, around the house, and i need them to stay on me whether i have them in my ears or not. Unlike the jabra rox wireless (with the magnet) and the lg tones ( with the rigid neck piece), these do not have a way of staying around your neck during everyday use. If they are not in your ears they are very susceptible to slipping off f your neck. The sound quality is great and the battery life does well. They are very easy to pair and are intuitive when it comes to using the controls. They definitely feel sturdy and the carrying case is awesome,They just don't provide what i m looking for in a set of earbuds. Very regretfully I will have to return

If you're looking for great quality from a sports headphone, look no further. The bass is good but not over the top as you would get from beats. The mids and highs are where these shine. Very crisp and clear. The battery life is eight hours as advertised and they charge up relatively quickly. The tricky thing with these is the fitting. I opted for the foam tips and, while they took a couple of weeks to break in, they sound great. Whatever type of music you listen to you will be pleased with these.

I want wireless ear buds so bad, but I can't find a brand that fits my ears. The buds themselves fit, and so do the "flange", but not when you put them together, ugh! It's not just this brand, so I'm sure they are good quality, just not my fit. At least there's a good return policy

Went through all 18 combinations of 3 sport ear fins & 6 ear tips. Could not find the right combo for my ears. Also was very disappointed with the sound isolation. Exchanged for Bose QC20's with active nise canceling.

Bought the Jaybird X2s on October 11, 2016, for $88. Sound quality is great. Light and comfortable, earbuds and earfins are comfortable. However, less than four weeks later of use and they're dead, non-responsive, can't turn them on, can't reset them, totally dead.

    good quality head phones

I bought these headphones for myself and a pair of powerbeats 2 for my girlfriend. I have small ears so I figured the Jaybirds X 2 would fit more comfortably as I've had issues trying to find head phones that won't fall out during long runs. The packaging and carrying case for the jaybirdsX2 are hands down better quality than the powerbeats 2. Both head phones are well made but the X2 appears more durable than the power beats. For example the charging cable for the X2 is beefier than that of the powerbeats 2 and the headphones themselves feel more durable. However, I didn't like the fit on the X2 as much as the powerbeats 2 as it felt like my ears were completely plugged..... that feeling you get when you're in the deep end of a swimming pool...kinda felt like that at times. I did try changing the tips but there wasn't that much of a difference. The power beats were amazingly more comfortable and I was able to hear my surroundings clearer when the music was off as opposed to the X2 where it felt like you have you index fingers in your ears and you could hear your voice in your head when you speak- I'm not sure if that helps describe the feeling.... Both head phones remained secure/ didn't fall out during an intense 3 mile run (I tried the both separately). I do not like the design for adjusting the headphones to make them secure on the back of you head for the X2, The powerbeats is much easier to adjust.. however the X2 stays more secure than the powerbeats 2 once you've found the right adjustment.

Good-quality bluetooth earbuds, but didn't fit

After researching different sports earbuds for the past week, I decided to pull the trigger and purchase the Jaybird X2's. I really wanted to love these earbuds, and after reading about 20 different reviews on them, as well as YouTube videos, I was convinced I would. Unfortunately it was the opposite. I have small ears, and spent a good hour or longer trying to get these things to fit. I tried all the different options for tips, tried all the wings and wore them both ways that you could. At the end all I got were the earbuds to never feel secure, and now the inside of my ears are feeling like they got infected. If it took me an hour to try and get these earbuds to fit, and a minor ear infection in just two hours, I don't see how they would be good for working out, especially running outdoors. I did have the chance to try out listening to music with them. I tried to listen to The Glitch Mob, Coldplay, and Avenged Sevenfold. The sound was OK for metal music, but sounded much better for Glitch Mob and Coldplay. The sound on the Motorola S11-Flex HD's that I had for the past two years was significantly better, and is only a quarter of the price and has just about as long of a battery life. I ended up returning the X2's. I didn't want to give them a low-star rating, for I'm sure they would be much better for someone who has ears that fit them better. I plan to try out Bose Freestyle's and the 66 Audio BTS+ sports headphones. I'll let you know if either of those pairs are any better, or if I decided to just go back to the Motorola H11's.

Got it setup, fit. But it hurts the ears. But it worked, alittle to easy to pull out. Would not be good for jogging. Just bought it last night, turned off and on last night, but it will not turn on this morning. I will be taking it back to best buy today at lunch.

I didn't like them at all! The sound was awful with no base. However, I didn't try to change any settings. Maybe there is a way to make them sound better; I didn't keep them long enough to find out...

They claim that they stay put in your ears but it isn't true. Other reviews said they were great for working out and that is how they are promoted. Not true. Very unhappy with my purchase.

I really wanted to like these headphones but I ended up returning them. The buds stuck way out from my ears and I could not get a secure fit. I spent a lot of time fiddling with them during my workout.....go with the Backbeats
