Awesome Headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these headphones for someone as a gift, and they love the quality of these Jaybird x2 wireless earbud headphones. I have some wireless headphones of a different brand for myself and compared to the Jaybird and the brand that I have the quality is a little better, especially with the noise cancellation. I would recommend these headphones.

Great sound, but fit can take a while
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones sound great and the wireless range is excellent. However, it can be difficult to find a good fit due to the weight of the earbuds. Take your time and you will eventually be rewarded with a good fit and comfortable wear. I had luck routing the cable over my ears and using the clips to shorten the cable until it was flush with my head.

Very good, but not great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is clean and construction is light, yet seems durable. I'm disappointed in the range, though. 10 feet away is about the limit for a reliable connection on my S6.

Bad for athletics, decent sound quality.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a very active person and i like to work out in the gym. If you just run they are not a horrible pair of headphones as they do tend to stay in the ear. But if you doing any type of motion where you change angles they are not a good pair of workout headphones. For instance when you lay down on a bench to do bench press they will irritate you, squats, pull ups etc are all going to make them fall off your shoulders. The sound quality is not horrible about as good as any cheap 20-40 wired set would be but not anything to brag about. The sound tends to just stop after 3 months of use with these as well. I owned two pairs and swapped out with geek squad protection twice. life saving protection plan when it comes to headphones for sure.

I don't know how I feel. Lots of pros and cons.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I knew nothing about this headset before buying it besides that it is one of the most recommended headsets online, and I got sick of purchasing a new LG HBS headset every 6-9 months because it would break or wear out after heavy use in the gym. To start with some of the pros: Its a very sleek low-profile design, its literally one wire with two ear buds at the ends. Surprisingly, no matter how weird and loose the headphones feel, they are extremely secure during all activities including running. They are very comfortable in the sense that it doesn't even feel like you have a headset on. I have gone from laying down and sitting up while doing crunches and getting on and off the bench, and it feels totally weightless. The audio quality is without a doubt the best quality audio I have ever heard from ear buds. Surprisingly the microphone works great as well. Now for the cons: The headset only has three buttons (start/stop, volume up and volume down), so it is missing some buttons that my LG headset had such as answer call and skip track. That got very inconvenient fast. The earbuds feel really bulky and somewhat uncomfortable in your ears, I don't know if its the size or the overall fit, but it takes a lot of getting used to. Once the ear buds are in, you're fine, but getting them in and out is actually quite painful. Sometimes the cord does that annoying twisted up thing that most cords do, which requires some straightening out and some patience. All in all, I paid $75 for them and I am content with my purchase. Not super thrilled, but they're good enough. For active purposes, its a great headset. If you're looking for a headset for casual talking, I'd say look elsewhere. For the $150 price tag, it does seem a bit high.

In the Eyes of the Beholder
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally purchased these wireless headphones, but decided to return them after a few weeks. With many earbuds, I have experienced ear fatigue after wearing them for an hour or so. The Jaybirds X2 are no different in this regard - even with the soft cushioned inserts. Overall I thought the sound quality was decent, the quick click functionality was useful, and battery life was standard. I don't think the Jaybirds were bad - they just weren't for me.

Awesome Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've tried many bluetooth buds before and none compared to the JayBirds. I have yet to experience any drop in connection or unsuspected errors. The battery life is great. I was able to wear at work for 6 hours before a charge. I highly recommend this product. Trust me, I'm a Lumberjack.

Best wireless I've tried
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had several pairs of wireless headphones, and so far, these have come out on top. Getting a good fit is a little tricky, but once you do, the sound isolation is decent and the earbuds stay in your ear well, even through hard workouts and runs. I did have to readjust them on occasion, but not to the point of annoyance. I also had some problems with the bluetooth signal cutting out every now and then, but it wasn't bad, and compared to other bluetooth headphones I've tried, no problem at all. And I really appreciated the wire control system.

Good but not great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After wearing them for a while, they can tend to hurt your ear. They also slipped out constantly. The sound quality is nice and loud.

You must experiment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the first version of jay birds because I got a life proof case for my iPhone. (Highly recommend but BB does not sell them). Because the case was a pain w the adapter. So I went blue tooth. The jay birds x2 have almost "wired" bose quality without the wire. Everyone's ears are different so you have to experiment a lot to find the fit. When you do that you have it made. They give you plenty of options. Take your time. W the ear pieces, go bigger. Only draw back is battery. Had to send mine back because I was over charging them. Charge through a computer. They replaced mine right away and even let me change colors. Excellent product and support. Be patient w the fit. Mine never come out in the gym no matter what I do. Loved them so much, bought a pair for my girlfriend and she's addicted too. Totally worth the money.

If you want to spend more time adjusting them
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds SUCK.... I spent more time in my workout adjusting the darn things than actually working out. They fell out constantly, the buds themselves hurt my ears, no bass (even with adjusting the equalizer), constantly skips in the songs (even though they were less than 12 inches from each other). I really wish Best Buy would bring back the free sprint models. Those were the best.

Low sound, dont stay in ear during workouts
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought them 1 week ago, I used them in the gym about 5x, sound of Jaybirds are not loud enough, was able to hear gym music over my earbuds while at full capacity! That sucks! After using them for 1hr, I noticed the sound of Jaybirds got even lower, after building up a good sweat, I also notice that they wouldn’t stay in position in my ear, that’s horrible, a couple workouts I had a hood on, and of course the hood kept knocking the Jaybirds out of my ear, smh, I returned the Jaybirds and got the BEATS POWERBEATS 2 WIRELESS, the Beats stay in my ear, which is good! I made my purchase after viewing other reviews on Jaybirds.

Sound great / awful fit / awful cord
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wish I could give these a better review. They do sound great... as long as you're not moving. As the cord moves on your neck, every movement is conducted though the cord to the earbuds drowning out the music. Since the cord makes so much noise every time it moves, I thought I'd try wearing them over the ear. That was a no go because they have an absolutely idiotic clip system to shorten the cord. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get the cord length correct. These are also among the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever owned. I personally can't stand foam tips and the silicone tips just don't fit right. It's a shame there are so many drawbacks because they really do have great sound, particularly for BT earbuds.

Pretty good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I liked them. Fit well in the ears. Very adjustable to make sure they stay in most physical activities. I ended up buying different tips though for better sound isolation.

If you workout at all, don't buy these
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went shopping for Bluetooth headphones to eliminate the inevitable hand-hitting-headphone-cord-while-running issue. I read all the reviews on every credible site, including this one. I landed on these. A day later, I knew I had thrown my money away. These headphones don't stay in your ear while you're walking down the street, much less running or lifting. You spend more time pushing these back into your ears than you do paying attention to the trail ahead. And after about a month, the rubber ear stoppers come loose and fall off easily, which means you have to baby these headphones...and pick up their rubber parts off the subway floor daily. Not just the ear stoppers: the problem is with the rubber crescent earpiece, too. Once you lose the ear stopper, you lose the earpiece. These things are a mess. Don't buy them. Keep your cords or try other models. I'm next going to try the Bluetooth headphones that have the wraparound neck piece. Those look way more stable and way less brittle.
