    Dead in a month

I have used these about 8 times. 3 or 4 charges. Now they won't accept a charge. I have owned them just a little over a month, so of course now I have to ship to Jay Bird and wait 10 days for new ones. Lot of good that does me. Jay Bird support told me that high speed/power chargers tend to destroyup the battery, but there is no warning in the literature. Support was nice and fast and I will reconsider my review in a few months if the new ones hold up. Otherwise, they are a pain to get fitted. But great sound and solid battery life when they accept a charge.

I bought a pair of the Jay bird X2, after two weeks it would not power on. I would charge it and it had a green light showing but would not turn on. I returned them and trying another set. I do like them otherwise hence the four stars. Hope it was just a bug in last set.

Bose wired will not let me change to these!

I will return them, not even the low sales price will let me keep them! My Bose wired has let me know what good sound, sounds like all of these years and I can't settle for less! I will wait for the X3 and see if I can adjust the sounds and add some BASS!!! Now I see why the Bose version of these are so big! Too bad for the recall though.

    Not up to Par

I've had these for a while. It is a little weird that they don't have a battery status indicator, but that is workable. Mostly I don't like them because their Bluetooth range is very erratic and when they disconnect, they do not always reconnect automatically. Also their buttons are not intuitive or consistent. I would expect "+" and "-" buttons to make the sound louder or quieter. But the "-" button has alternative functions and works about 30% of the time. They have decent sound and decent battery life. But as far as Bluetooth headphones go, they are mediocre at best.

I would u waited for the x3's considering I got them a few days before they came out. But I love these, especially for the price. They sound great, feel comfy, there was a variety of wing tips and ear Tips to choose from. I love the case they come with even though it's a bulky small case. The battery lasts all day and sometimes even longer " depending on how long I used them". Over all they're amazing ear buds. I love them

    Great for Workouts

These are the perfect earphones for working out. I would like to have had a fit that was more snug fitting in my ear canal. I'm used to wired earphones that fit tightly and block all ambient noise so it took a bit to adapt to the new fit.

Sound is good, but does not stay in ears

Just bought a new pair of the Jaybird X2 and did a 5 mile run with them. After running 3 miles, one of the ear buds kept popping out because of some sweat. I tried to dry it and place it back in, but it popped out again. I ended up returning them, because that will not work for me. The sound was good, but the ear buds (with wings attached) don't stay in very well when running.

    Terrible

Most expensive yet worst headphones I have purchased. I have used probably 40 or so different brands of headphones and these didn't last me 10 minutes because I can't get the ear piece in my ear with the fin technology. Spent 2 hours trying to get it in my ear and it just doesn't go. The fin just sticks out an inch away from my ear. Followed the video instructions about 15 times and tried several varieties. Then listened to the sound quality just to see and the $10 headphones you can buy have better sound quality than these $130 ones. They are being returned tomorrow.

    Couldn't get them to fit

I looking for wireless headphones to run with. Unfortunately they just didn't fit my ears. I watched the fitting videos and tried all the different foam and silicone ear pieces. I also tried the over the ear method and just couldn't get them to stay in. I ended up returning these for the Bose Soundsports which fit me much better. Other than fit (which is a personal issue) the case is really poorly made. It never wants to open or close easily. Also the lack of detail in the instructions (you have to find most everything online) was a real turn off.

    Like them

For the most part I like them and they work as intended. I took one pair back because they stopped working, and Best Buy was good about exchanging them with the extended warranty. My only issue with them is while riding my road bike, they have gone through spurts where they would cut in and out; this issue is exacerbated when turning my head to the left for some particular reason. This was consistent between both pairs of headphones. The charger, while cool looking, is basically useless unless you want your headphones dangling from a wall outlet.

    Had potential, but failed miserably.

Let me start by saying I sweat. ALOT. And I also workout/train/exercise ALOT. For examaple, I run 2-3 days a week, Crossfit about 3 days a week, and box/mma train a few days too. My sessions are generally 2 hours. I needed a headphone that could stand up to all of my physical activity. And occasionally be used as a headset when I drive. At current count, just this year alone, I've gone through 3 pairs of Beats Wireless 2s and now a pair of Jaybird X2. I was drawn to the Jaybirds because of the claim to fame about them being sweat resistant. Lets get past the problem of it taking me a few different runs to find the ear bud combination that was going to fit in my ears and stay in my ears. They provide the options, it was up to me to figure out which fit best. Thats the only reason this product gets two stars. The sport earbud ripped on about the fourth time I used it. About the 8th time I used the headphones, they fried. Plugged them in red light came on, but now they won't power up. At all. Of course Jaybird tried to troubleshoot, but pushing the power button 8 times and holding it on the 9th, did nothing. Thank God my husband saw fit to purchase an extended warranty from best buy. Even better, it was still in the first 30 days of purchase so best buy gave me store credit and now I'm waiting for the new Bose's to get in stock. Really hoping some headphone manufacturer out there reads my review and gets me to test their headphones before stamping the product as sweat resistant. I live in Louisiana and sweat more than any human being I've ever met. I just want to be able to listen to music at the same time. On to the next pair.

I just bought it on sale for $140 tax included. And they were HORRIBLE!! do not waste your money on these. First of all they are heavy on the hears since they have the charging port on the back and it made my iphone 6 freeze up once it connected. They weren't even loud and the bass sucked i bought $30 earphones and got better bass out of them. This was a complete and utter disappointment. I thought this product would be good considering the reviews and all but boy was i wrong will be returing first thing in the morning.
