    Excellent headphones for Gym

I was using Plantronics BackBeat Fit before purchasing this. Was not satisfied with the Bass/Volume of PBF when I am in Gym. Needed something with good bass and volume and bought this. Ofcourse the design is different between the two, but this is what I needed. It was value for money. No issues till now.

    Sounds Terrible

I bought these after hearing about them at Ragnar Relay and other running events. I figured the sound quality would be better considering they were a sponsor. The sound was terrible, not much better that generic cheap corded ear bud. There is very little base. I tried downloading apps to increase the base but it didn't get much better. Fortunately, Bestbuy has a 15 day return period.

I enjoy using these headphones while working out. The quality isn't as good as my wired Bose headphones but still are good for the price.

Purchased as a gift and the only complain I've heard is that they fall out once in awhile, but for the price I paid, that's just fine.

    overrated and complicated

I purchased these for my son, I don't know what site told him that these were awesome, but I beg to differ. A few MUST-KNOW'S: #1- (like almost anything new, you are supposed to charge them fully for optimal results prior to use) This was SUPPOSED to take a couple of hours. It took almost 8! #2- these do not come with instructions. I feel silly saying that, as I would almost think you wouldn't need them....but for these you DEFINITELY DO! the little paper included in the box refers you to the Jaybird website for setup...prepare to watch videos of people running and looking pretty in their Jaybirds. the link the setup for these takes you nowhere. After countless hours of charging & researching to set up, the sun was coming up, so I set them aside. When I woke up to sync them to phones & devices, the were requiring to be charged. THESE WERE RETURNED. EXASPERATED. I'm not even sure if they sound good or not, I never got that far. I just thought that I might save someone else the hassle of buying these without knowing in advance what to expect (or NOT!) as soon as you unbox them. Jaybird should spend a LITTLE more $ on instructions to be included with these, or at least to their site that they refer you to. GOOD LUCK.

    Poor quality

I purchased these and they lasted about two weeks before they stopped working all of a sudden. They would no longer power on. I called the Jaybird customer service number and they had me send them in and they soon sent me a replacement set. The next set lasted about 4 months and then the power on/off button stopped working. I could charge it and they would work but I could not shut them off. I called Jaybird again and this time they just sent me a new one. We'll see how long these last. I don't have confidence they will last very long. The bad thing is that I only used them 2-3 times a week for a couple hours so it's not like I'm wearing them out. Their seams to be an electrical issue with the volume and power on / off. Buttons. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because there customer service at Jaybird was great. They were quick to reply and never gave me a hard time. It kind of led me to believe that this was a know issue with them. I hope the third set doesn't have any issues.

I bought the Freedom earphones and was told by Best Buy staff they were the best and had a lifetime warranty against sweat. I had the original pair one year and they went completely dead. They wouldn't turn on even when fully charged. I did get a refurbished replacement but the same thing happened to them in less than 2 months. I have been told by Jaybird that they are out of warranty. Sorry to say but I will never buy or recommend another Jaybird product again. They were great when they worked but not worth the short life span and inadequate customer service.

worst ear buds I ever bought

I took the advise of the sales person that these were a quality product. Not at all. Charged them up right out of the box, powered them up and paired them to my phone. Within a few moments the little voice says "power off" for no reason. Turned them on again and the same thing happens over and over. I will be returning them to the store today.

    Not up to expectations

These earbuds seemed very nice, and many people and reviewers were evidence of that. With the $150 price mark, I didn't doubt it myself either. Though from my use, I'm not satisfied with them. I would always have a hard time getting them to stay in my ear, and since the fins did not work with my ear shape, even trying every size of bud, they never suctioned to my ear like other ones I have. And after a short 2 and a half months, the right ear starts to crackle and shriek after about half volume. I have had many pairs of wired earbuds under $30 thst lasted years of constant blasting, these clearly aren't up to that standard. Very disappointed in the quality for such a researched, pricey item.

The concept is good, in-ear headphones that are wireless connection. The good: Decently comfortable use for running or working out as long as you use the foam tips. The plastic do not stay in very well. Battery life is great. The ear lobe piece does help well to keep them secure. The holder they come with is very convenient. The buttons seem to be drip-proof (I've had issues with the Bose sport headphones after many workouts the buttons finally dying). The bad: A little bit too bulky from what I've seen others brands use. The volume is TERRIBLY LOW, which is my worst complaint. Sound quality okay... but again I can only hear about 1/2 to 2/3's as loud as I would like them. Overall: Good try, almost there, but too bulky and the volume kills it for me. Really not loud enough. I would certainly sacrifice battery if I could get them loud enough to use regularly.

These are the worst electronic product I've ever owned. In less than 5 months they failed. They wouldn't power on. Jaybird replaced the bluebuds under warranty. Less than 3 months later they stopped powering on. Again they were replaced. In less than 1 month the third pair failed today. These are absolutely worthless.

My brother gave me Powerbeats 2 for Christmas and i really wanted more than what i was getting.I thought $129 earbuds should sound better. So, I bought Jaybird x2 after reading a lot of reviews how the Jaybird x2 are better than Powerbeats 2 by Dre. I found out they are not even close. I'm a bass lover and jaybirds got really awful bass quality. I was surprised that $130 earbuds were that poor. Anyway i kept my Powerbeats 2. I think powerboats 2 should be better when it comes to sound quality specially when the price is that high but they are way better than Jaybirs x2. MY VERDICT POWERBEATS 2 HANDS DOWN
