End user can hear everything!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to like them, I kept them because I was in denial about the quality BECAUSE I wanted to like them. Making calls on these things was less than horrific, the end user could hear EVERYTHING over the phone. There is no noise cancellation on the end user part EVERYTHING can be heard!!! Keep that in mind if you're at the gym and someone calls, go somewhere quiet! Playing music on them was less than enjoyable, my skull candy buds have better sound and they aren't wireless. The upside, I got them on sale for $69.99 but I would NEVER pay over $100 for them, not even for the "Freedoms" that have just arrived. The fit is uncomfortable to say the least and they don't stay in your ears. Just FYI the distance on these are 10 feet but with that being said, even if you walk 4 feet from whatever device you have connected it starts crackling and you hear every other word or the music stops completely until you get closer.

Junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the wireless Jaybird X2 tonight and was very excited to try them out. What a complicated piece of junk. After spending over an hour and losing one of the silicone ear pieces, I crammed it back in the box. NO EARBUDS SHOULD BE THIS COMPLICATED. I'm one of those people who can put anything together without instructions. HOWEVER, the instructions did not help so much. I got them put together but when the honeycomb ear pieces that go on the earbuds are placed where they are supposed to be, they cover the led light. Also, those stupid pieces move every time you put them in your ear and take them out. I'm sorry, but if I'm spending $150 I do not expect an inferior product. Sound was pretty good. It would have been nice had they gone a tad louder thought. Also, if you are not wearing it over your ears, there is way too much cable. I'm sorry, but how freaking wide apart do they think someones ears are? An over inflated basket ball would still leave too much wire. So much for wireless. Guess I'm just suppose to dangle 2 ft of cable around my noggin. Don't forget to VOTE

Stopped working no matter what I tried
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I learned about these earphones off of wirecutters website and they were number two on their list. I expected much more. They worked for less than a month and then the sound began to suddenly drop and the bluetooth signal failed. The phone was never farther than maybe ten inches from me at all times. I tried re linking the blue tooth, turning the headphones on and of, restarting my phone, totally removing the pair and repairing them and a hard reset, nothing worked and when it did work, it worked for one, one hour work out and then would fail yet again the next day. So I googl searched and come to find out, these headphones are notorious for having this happen. Don't waste your money. Buy the wireless JBLs. That's what I had before and they lasted, without fail, almost three years. I'm super angry I didn't buy the safety plan, angry at wirecutter for their inaccurate review, and pretty angry that jaybird cost me $140 something for a product that worked leas than a month. Maybe they should get better people on their software teams if they're gonna charge that much.

Horrible Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these to try them after beats and let me tell you, these are like the free headphones you get at marketing events, sound quality was absolutely horrible, no bass what's so ever and I returned them within an hour. Yes they are Bluetooth, but you have to compromise wireless for less sound quality.

So disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones have zero power. Listening to a video on my phone with the volume as high as it goes and I can barely hear the audio. When I can hear, there is no low end. If you like bass or even if you want to be able to hear what you're listening to, these are not the headphones for you. I already recycled the packaging but hope I can still return them!

Terrible Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase a pair of these headphones because they were on sale. I am a Bose person when it comes to headphones, but a sale is a sale. The first thing I didn't like was that you have to puzzle together the earpieces and ear clips. The earpieces are not comfortable. The biggest issue is the sound. I played jazz, hip hop, and rock and it all sounded like it was being filtered through a tin can. I would have tried harder to like them if the sound was better. Buying headphones is subjective. What works for me may not work for you so do your research. I'm going to wait and get a pair of Bose wireless earphones. They have never let me down.

Don't buy from Jaybird
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't waste your money. I owned a pair of the original Jaybird Bluebud X's which lasted about a year and a half before getting sweat damage. Covered by warranty, the company sent me a pair of X2's as a replacement. I thought this was a great deal - upgraded! NOT AT ALL THE CASE. The replacements lasted less than 6 months before the right earbud completed stopped working in the middle of one of my runs. I contacted the company and they processed another exchange. This time they lasted LESS THAN 3 MONTHS, and the exact same thing happened - the right ear bud stopped working. I just received an email that said they will not replace the headphones. I take very good care of my headphones, keeping them in the case when I don't use them, only taking them out for running. I won't ever make a purchase from Jaybird again (especially after the poor experience I also had with their fitness tracker - the Reign - which was a miserable failure and has since been discontinued).

Look great but too much cable noise
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read many reviews on multiple sites and saw very few negative things. Unfortunately for me, I am one of the few where no combination of the ear pieces fit well. This was not the biggest problem I had though. Whenever touching the cable or when it rubs against cloths, there is a very distracting echo noise. I would not recommend because of this.

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can't believe how many positive reviews these received. The sound quality is average, at best. I guess if you don't understand what bass should sound like, these might be ok for you. I read many reviews before buying these and expected much more They are going back tomorrow.

Don't Try It
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Due to a series of unfortunate events I was forced to purchase a new set of wireless headphones for working out. These were on sale for 75$, so I figured I'd give them a try. The only positive I can find is the looks. Other than that, these are a sub-par product. The sound quality is that of a 10$ pair of gas station headphones. No lows, highs, or mids. Do yourself a favor and grab a pair of Beats or Bose. Thankfully BestBuy has a 15 day return policy. I tried them out, and let a good friend try them for a second opinion. My friend also concurred with my assessment, and I returned them the next day.

No matter what I did, these kept falling out
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried every size of ear piece combination they provided with the packaging, and no matter what I did, these kept falling out of my ears. They are also too heavy.

Not for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the sound from these was just fine, well constructed, however, they hurt my ears, regardless of which set of tips I tried. Bought them for work, but they just did not work out

Avoid these - choose a different brand
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was able to use these earbuds a grand total of once before they became totally a totally inoperable, but sleek and attractive brick. My experience with Jaybird customer support has been mixed. Once I'm able to get a hold of a customer service rep, they're quite friendly but the process of getting warranty service has dragged on for two weeks now and still haven't received my return label. I also own a pair of Jabra Sport Pace, and I'd happily recommend those over these as they actually work.

Headset failed in less than 6 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset was reviewed highly and I bought it based on those reviews. The headset sound and performance were quite good. I have two big issues with the headset. First, the earbuds came off on more than one occasion and I was forced to dig them out of my ear with a tweezers. Not exactly safe. Second, the buttons stopped working after less than 6 months of use. So, I can no longer turn on the headset.

DO NOT BUY EVER
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy these earphones this company does not stand behind their products and when they tell you that they are going to send you out a replacement because it is within the warranty period they will not. They will string you along and hope that you give up. DO NOT BUY any products from this company.
