So I got it based on all the good reviews. I really liked the quality. However, they didn’t fit my ears, and I tried multiple days for each fit, and then they started hurting my ears. Plus, they were indoor only ear buds. Anytime I took them outside, even if the phone was in my hand, they cut out. They did have good range in the house

Great battery life and the app just makes the earphones more personal since you may change the tunes to your liking. Also, much better design over the previous two generations.

I got these cause the geeksquad protection plan as power beats 3 are now excluded from that. It's okay for music but not that great at phone calls. I'm always being told I sound too far away. It also acts up when answering calls in my car using hands free. Phone calls answered through my cars buttons end up on my headphones... so annoying when driving. Didnt have that problem with my powerbeats3.

I got these as a Christmas present and have enjoyed them. They have very good sound to them and it is nice that with the app I can adjust the eq on them to customize the sound.

I have purchased; power beats, bose soundsport, and now the jay birds. Hands down, jay birds are the best I have purchased.

Jaybird x3's were my go-to choice because they are relatively in-expensive Bluetooth headphones, compared to their competitors they are much cheaper and better sounding.

I love these headsets! The music is awesome better quality than the most popular brand :) the only thing I don’t like is that the plastic that goes in the ear falls

All the jaybird are pretty nice I owned them all, however the jaybird X3 are awesome.. the fit snugged to my ear, the air fins on these are more sturdy and fist comfortable.

Purchased this for $65 including taxes. Normal prices was $130. Has bit higher treble, but that can be customised using the Jaybird app equaliser. The equaliser option by Jaybird is good option to customise the sound output. Would have been much better if microUsb charging slot provided on the earphone itself instead of the current extra connector. Sound levels could have been better.

I use the wireless headphones mostly at the gym and they stay in my ears and don't fall out

Bought these for my partner. She’s been happy with them, until she misplaced the proprietary charger. Worse yet, no stores carried them and all online options were selling for grossly inflated prices. I eventually got a replacement by contacting support through their convoluted site and got a charger replacement from them.

These in-ear headphones have great sound. It took me quite a few tries to get a good fit

I bought this earphone during Black Friday, it hage really goood price discount for this item. After couple weeks using, the earphone have excellent noise canceling.

I would say this product does not live up to the expectation that the Best Buy sales person presented. It does not deliver in areas that I specifically asked about. Reception distant from base device for one, that was the most important item to me and it falls way short of expectations and desires. Sales person mislead me on this or they just did not know and should have stated such. As with several of the items I have bought from Best Buy over the last year, and what got me put on your return list, the sales people really don't know the products and they do not deliver to the expectations I was sold on. For the price paid for the product I expected much more. It is becoming very frustrating with purchases from Best Buy. You sell products that the sales people don't know and understand, you sell service agreements to cover these purchases but yet when I use the service agreements or return a product and buy another one, again because the sales person sold me the wrong product for my system, sometimes for more money I get penalized for coming back to your store. Very frustrating and disappointing, I have bought all my electronics from Best Buy for the last 20+ years and I am more disappointed with each purchase.

The sound on these are great! tho it may take some time to figure out the right fit for your ears.
