Even though I really didn't need to...I upgraded from the x2 (which I was happy with) but, I'm really glad now that I did. They fit great and stay in better.

I tried to love these headphones, but alas, I am not a fan. The sound quality seems fine, although they don't stay in my ears long enough to actually enjoy it. In addition to them falling out, the extra add-on piece that is supposed to ensure they stay in your ear actually falls off--and in my case, got lost. They also tend to grab your calls while in the middle of a conversation even though your phone's setting is on Speaker or Device. Needless to say, this is quite frustrating and can be embarrassing while you fumble to locate and turn off the headphones. All in all it was one of my most disappointing purchases. A couple of stars for sound quality and the cute little convenient pouch you store them in.

Bought for my kids as a Christmas present. They were an immediate hit with my athletes. Easy to charge and no cumbersome wires. Also lightweight in the ear.

Everything that was wrong with the previous headphones, Jaybird listened and fixed. I absolutely love these headphones since I got them.

These headphones are great for listening to music but I do get a lot of complaints from the people I talk to during phone calls. The biggest complaint is that background noises are louder than my voice and there is a big difference between talking directly into my phone (OnePlus 5) and talking using the JayBird x3

Decent fit. I use when road cycling. Great sound. Low profile and low wind noise.

Good range, about 50ft from phone. Never had a connectivity issue, and with the Jaybird app these sound amazing. I recommend them all the time.

I've owned and loved the X1 and X2 and now the X3 model. Listening to music and podcasts/audio books is phenomenal especially with the tuning the Jaybird app allows. Making phone calls is easy enough but the call quality is lacking only because of the mics placement. Recommended only for music.

Awesome audio quality. The app provides plenty of audio settings. I love the quality of the sound and product. Best ever earbuds that I have purchase.

Being in the audio field as a professional, I did not have super high hopes for Bluetooth headphones. These however, are pretty great for the price. I wouldn't consider the frequency response on these all that impressive BUT there is an app available for adjusting the EQ. Bluetooth range is above average in my opinion too, I've left my phone three rooms over and still had no issues.

I like how you can modify the settings for the sound of you down load the app.

Very clear sound quality but collar clip is a bit flimsy. Over all I'm pleased

Very surprised by how wonderful these sound for wireless headphones. The APP to customize the sound profile helps me fine tune the exact sound I love!

If you like bass, these are not tge ear buds for you. They seem to be made well but dont have tge sound i like.

Bought this for my son. He loves it! Very comfortable and easy to wear while exercising or doing other activities. Would recommend this product to others!

They are convenient not having a cord in front while working out. They're very comfortable and easy to use, and I like that the charge lasts a long time.

Tried them all, liked this model the best over the Fit 2.0 & Freedom 2.

This is nice ear phone , really comfortable. But bass is limited.
