Great sound, great quality and totally Worth it! Overall Dope af!

I loved these headphones. When using comply ear tips, they worked perfectly. The sound was great and I actually enjoy how much exterior noise they block out. I used them for running, walking, mowing the lawn, and vacuuming. Unfortunately, I've had too many issues. My first pair lasted 6 months. At which point, they started to randomly turn off 30 minutes into my runs. When I restarted them, they wouldn't connect to my audio device and the voice was distorted. I contacted Jaybird support and while they were a little slow, they did send me a new pair. Fast forward 1.5 months and my replacements will not charge. They work fine when plugged into a power source and they report as having a full charge. When I remove them from charger, they instantly shutoff and will not turn back on. The LED is always green when plugged into a charger, indicating a full charge. Occasionally, the red light will come on indicating they are charging, but regardless of how long I leave them on the charger (red or green light), they don't charge. I have tried the 8-button reset, a software reset, changing cables, chargers, and headphone charge connectors. I have contacted Jaybird support about the problem and I am waiting to hear back... again.

Head Set was OK, still rather my B, but needed a 2nd pair. just not crazy on how these fit in my ear, but sound is good. So if you are ok with the fit, the will be ok to have

Great quality for a great price. These were exactly what I was looking for!

I pretty much use my wireless buds only for running. I was having a difficult time finding buds that stayed in my ears and were free of cords and bulk. I found a $25 set that sounded fine and stayed in my ears but would stop working after a few months (Phaiser BHS-530).. They were replaced numerous times without charge by Phaiser until they finally just refunded my money. I decided to spend a little more so I searched. I watched the video on Jaybird's site showing kickboxers, runners, gymnasts, etc. performing amazing sweatdrenched stunts all unable to shake these buds loose. Their amazing feature? Simply wrap them over your ear. Anyway, I was fooled. About a quarter mile into my first run at probably a 10 minute per mile pace my left earbud became dislodged........... then the right. I tried the different sizes and wingtip things to no avail. There is absolutely nothing that sets these apart as far as staying securely in place. To add insult to injury, they only work if your device is above your waist. They cut out almost completely when in my pocket. More insult? Jaybird would not refund my money as they saw it as a fit issue and not false advertising. Apparently not working below the waist is ok. After giving these a shot for about a week, I bought a pair of Onexelot Sprinters. Not a lot of frills, but they do what I need. The little wrap around the head spring action is the same idea as the Phaisers. Almost impossible to dislodge from your ears. And they work when my device is below my waist and in my pocket. And they are about $45. I've been using them since April 1, 2018 with no major issues to date. If they last a couple years then I am happy!
