They are good headphones. They work in the rain so great!

Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I wish they had a little more bass

These things haven't lasted longer than a month each time I've gotten them. Battery won't charge. Stupid charging system which you can't buy anywhere. The final straw was trying to return through Jaybird. It's a slow process and not very clear to what is happening. You have to send in your headphones before they send you a pair so it's going to be a few weeks without them. Easier just to bring back to Best Buy if you buy the warranty, though I feel like I'm spending extra not to have to deal with Jaybird warranty. Looking into maybe trying BEATS wireless and see how that goes. The sound and comfort of the Jaybirds was fine but that doesn't matter much when the break so easily.

Have used in various places with no issues. Easily hangs on neck if need to remove to listen to someone.

I bought this headphone based on the recommendation from my friend. I am certainly not disappointed after 2 months of use now.

I went through 3pairs of these before giving up on them. They claim that they are sweat proof and I was able to prove that claim incorrect. One pair started snorting out after just one usage. The customer service at jaybird was. I help and you can’t get in touch with anyone except via email.

Good quality and easy to use. Would buy again in the future.

I absolutely love my jaybird wireless head phones. I don’t know why I waited so long to go wireless. They are perfect for running.

I was looking for something to replace my old Bose Soundsport Wireless, but these fell way short. Bass was completely lacking, and were much quieter at full volume than my Bose. Guess I will just stick with the Soundsports.

The sound quality for music and phone calls seemed to be a little weak for me. In the end, I didn't like them and returned these and purchased the AirPods and I am glad I did. These may work for some, but I wanted something of higher quality for phone calls and music.

Had the item for about 4 months. Excellent sound. Then, all of a sudden, the right channel stopped playing. Jaybird support is a joke. Stayed on hold forever. Tried direct chat only to be disconnected. Get the additional Geek Squad warranty.

I gave it a one star because the sound was great while it lasted. four weeks later the charging mechanism would not work, the light was always green, and would not charge. Frustrating.

I love these headphones and the way they pair to the Jaybird EQ app.

Great set of earbuds. Just don't use the foam ear piece to workout in.
