Love the headphones. They work very well with our Apple cellphones and can do daily chores while listen to music and/or talk on the phone.

I love these, they just wore out at the controls wiring. The Jay bird app. is awesome!

I bought these for my boyfriend at the suggestion of one of the employees (who knows him). He wears them at the gym and has no complaints.

Product battery running for 8 hours when I first bought this earbuds. Now after two months the battery life is only 4 hours. Very disappointed. Waited almost a year to buy the Jaybirds X3. Should have ordered the X2? I need a receipt to return this Item to the manufacturer. Can you help me?

More than saturated with the overall experience of purchasing it and getting it within the estimated date !! Packaging was "A+" grade !!

Controller is a little larger than previous version of jaybirds but works great and sound app is a nice touch for your music choices.

With the "MySound" app, the earphones worked well while exercising.

I liked these head phones for the 2 years they lasted. I bought the extended warranty for them and upgraded them.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable about al the products. Reccommended the JBL's based on what I told him. He was dead on.

i use these at the gym where i attend..they are nice because i don't have to have my phone on me to enjoy the benefits of these.

My wife loves them. Wears them at the Y and forgets to take them off, "when theses die, get me another pair"! Nuff said!!!

This is a good product but a little expensive for me.

The sound quality is good but does not overcome the difficult usability and discomfort. I did not read any reviews on this product because (on two occasions) Best Buy reps highly suggested this product over many others including Beats that I was talked out of. This item is difficult to use and uncomfortable to wear. I have tried every set configuration (over ear / under ear) as well as using all sizes and styles of ear piece. I purchased these for a trip and within an hour I put these away and used my $25 SkullCandy instead. Very disappointed in this product and disappointed that I got stuck with such an expensive product that I will never use again.

I tried every combination of the ear pieces and could not get these to fit correctly during my workouts. I was constantly having to adjust them to keep them from falling out of my ears. I will say the sound is very impressive.

Hard to synchronize two headphones together Bluetooth

I read plenty reviews on this item. I was excited with my new purchase, but it was a complete fail. For the life of me, I could not wear them. I YouTubed videos, read instructions, changed out the buds. End result, they were not comfortable so I returned them. them.

I don’t like the tone that plays when I turn them an or off.

I think the earpods will be better with less wiring to worry about
