I'm not a fan of these in ear headphones. Maybe it's just my ear but I dislike these. The sound quality was great and I loved using the app but if they're uncomfortable and don't fit great then the sound quality is pointless.

Upgraded from the previous model because they were giving me so many issues. These are by far much better. Haven't had any issues.

These really work great & easily paired to iPhone & also to my android phone. Love not being connected to my phone with wires.

I had to return them twice. Jaybird seems to have moved the Bluetooth transceiver to the inline remote in the X3s. This causes a poor signal between the phone in the front pocket when the earphones are in the over the ear "sport" configuration. I do not have this issue with my old X2s.

Really good sound without to much bass. Great fit with many options for different size ears. Blocks out external noise but not all.

I have returned & replaced these headphones at least 3 times in the past 9 months. The Geek Squad warranty is mandatory if you’re to purchase any Bluetooth headsets. The problems for the Jaybird X3 are numerous! One earpiece will no longer work after a few months. The unit will stop charging and thereby unable to retain a charge. The unit will no longer power on even though it’s been fully charged. The power button will break & the red power light will no longer illuminate. The average lifespan, while using these 4-5 times a week for 1 1/2 hours a day while exercising is about 3-4 months! The only reason I keep using the Jaybird X3s is the Geek Squard warranty that allows me to fully exchange them for a new pair!

Good sound but not impressive. I wish it was little laughter.
