Really disappointed as the sound itself was really good. Thanks to best buy for letting me return them. Will have to go back to doing some research to see what I get as replacements.

Also, we strongly suggest users to perform a factory reset on the buds then have it paired to a second audio source to check if the issue persists.
1. Turn headphones off
2. Put in Pairing mode (hold middle button for 6-8 seconds until it says, ""Searching for your Music Device"")
Headset will flash red and green
3. Do Reset (double tap the power button)
Headset will flash Orange 3 times
4. Delete Bluetooth profile from phone
5. Put headphones back into pairing mode and connect them to your device.

The red LED light would turn on and then turn off. It uses a proprietary dongle that you have to use in order to charge it that clips to the back, but I think the metal connectors are faulty.

Were I in a gym where there was ambient music, I am sure I wouldn't be able to hear the music form my ipod...I could hardly hear it at home in my living room. I returned them. Even the app didn't help. I think the app is pretty much for show, not really very functional.

I do several conference calls a day and the battery didn't last even half the day with the high demand. I ended up returning this product and went with a hardwire set due to the battery life. I would not recommend these for daily work use.
