awesome sound, way better than the wireless beats unfortunately don't have a good battery , is advertised as an 8 hr battery and after returning one the second one is the same you can get maximum around 5 and 1/2 hrs tops, 6 some times with luck, if you willing to sacrifice battery for the best wireless headphones this are for you 4 starts just cause the battery,

I've tried Beats, but would prefer Jaybirds, quality is worth the price, and with iPhone 7 needing a converter for cord headphones there is more reason to just buy similar Bluetooth products.

Sound great and love the long battery life. Dislike that fact that it only comes with a USB style charger.

These are way better than my prior X2's I love these headphones and use them all day long every day. I recommend the moxie battery case to quick charge while you're away from your desk.

they sound good better when down load the apps.they stayed in my ears.the Bose sound sport sound better

I golf and having the ability to shorten the cord is nice so it doesn't get caught on my clothing when I swing. They stay put and the sound is great. A word of caution however if you have small ears. The molded plastic part by the ear buds is fat and hits uncomfortably on your ear. I heard that people have complained about that a lot. I traded mine for their "freedom" model. Much slimmer and fit in small ears better. Same great product just a different style.

These sound great. The app also allows you to customize your sound. Battery life is fantastic. I easily get 7+ hours on a charge. Would definitely buy these again.

I did not love the sound of these until I used the Jaybird app to customize. Very happy with them now. Comfortable & they charge quickly. Great pricing on sale! Shipping was fast.

I decided to upgrade from the Jaybird X2. Best decision that I made. It has high sound quality, very good bass, and is easily customizable to fit the sound that you are wanting to achieve.

volume could be a tad louder but a good headset, loses a star for having a proprietary charger vs micro usb

At first I was going to return these earbuds due to uncomfortable fit, but following enclosed instructions permitted customization that brought comfort. Excellent sound.

At first i was a bit nervous buying these because they don't go over my tiny ears but I love these! They stay in my ears during weight training and running. Best pair of headphone I've had so far. I guess we will see how long they last as I went through 3 pairs of wireless beats (each with a different issue). To the guy that helped me (tall, red headed, big beard, muscular metal head looking guy), even though you didn't have my pixle screen protector- you provided the best customer service! Great questions of what I was looking for and Pros and cons of each kind he had and why he would chose one over the other. I like honesty! :) So thanks I love them.

As I own both iOS and Android devices, I was looking for an in-ear headset that would work correctly between my devices. I blame Samsung for flipping the functions of the rings on headset plugs to force you into buying Samsung branded headphones or IEMs. These X3s sound great and allow me to use them with both my Samsung S6 and my iPad. I have smaller ear canal openings and these are just small enough to fit into my ears with a good seal.

I like this product for its secure fit and ease of use. Sound is great and I feel that it fits in my ears easily. It paired easily with my phone.

I love these things. They sound great. They have great battery life. The app works very nicely for setting the eq and recommending play lists. And they were on sale finally so...yay

I work out 5 days a week and these are by far the best workout headphones I have used. They sound great and are comfortable. I had Beats before I bought these and these are way better.

These headphones were a great birthday gift for my nephew. My nephew liked them. He uses them to listen YouTube videos on his iPad.
