I was looking at a less expensive model, and he suggested this one. He spent the time to help me compare actual product rather than sell me something I would get home and not be happy with. Although I spent more than I was planning, it has paid off in quality!

This is well worth the money for the quality that it brings compared to many of the other models offered. The ease of operation with the remote is great. Turn on the higher base or turn it off by one push of a button. Definately a good purchase for myself.

Awesome sound until it stops working

Stopped working suddenly right before the 1st NFL game of course. It turns on, bluetooth works but still no sound. Id recommend buying this product if they throw in a warranty since the cause for my soundbar to stop working is unknown. Plus calling to get it fixed is a nightmare between customer service/geek squad :nobody wants anything to do with it. Needless to say, Purchase something with warranty from best buy.

Posted .The unit certainly should not be behaving this way. Please try resetting the unit by doing the following. This will reset it to the way it was when it came out of the box, and will hopefully fix the problem you are having.
1. Switch the SB400 ON.
2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. The Source selection Button flashes amber, followed by the power button and source buttons flashing several times.
3. The soundbar is now reset.
It is important not to press too hard on the Volume- button, because that will also press down the Volume+ end of the button, and the reset will not work then. If you press too hard, two clicks should be felt or heard, indicating that this is wrong.
