Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Flip 5. Please try a different cable or charge it into a different power outlet. Examine the charging port for debris or bent pins. Try charging the speaker overnight. Move the charger around the charging port to see if that helps. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for assistance.

I was afraid of it rolling off of tables, etc., because of the design but so far, no accidents. It's heavier than it looks. The sound is good for just working in the garden. My one complaint is that when I am wearing my apple watch and have my phone on me, the Bluetooth 'control' switches back and forth between the two. I'll figure that out eventually.

My one complaint is the clothish texture means it stains easy, but it still sounds great and works great so who cares what it looks like. Sound reaches throughout the kitchen with room left over to really blast it when the customers are gone.
