Took it to a Best Buy shop, was sent to a mobil phone seller in the store..not geek squad... had a random customer try to help ...the speaker did not work. I stood in line and returned it. Ive been to several Best Buys all over the Usa.. this was the worst service and treatment ever.. Myrtle Beach?? Thumbs down.

Apparently it's intended to stand on end.
