I purchased two of these speakers to take advantage of the ability to sync them together for mutli-speaker sound. They sync together fairly easily but the sound is quickly ruined by the speakers constantly going in and out. The speakers stop and start playing, and they crackle over and over again. Battery life seems to be inconsistent. After charging overnight one battery drained in just minutes. Other times the battery was fine. I'll be returning these and buying something better. It's a good deal for one speaker but trying to leverage two speakers is a complete waste of money.

I have the same problem. I tried to connect 3 different phones . Sound is interrupted periodically everywhere. Hard reset not help.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback with our JBL Flip 5. Bluetooth typically performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. If you experience dropouts within 10 feet, there may be interference. To resolve the issue with your speaker, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the speaker on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset, turn on the speaker then press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. Lastly, try to connect the speaker to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the speaker or the initial device you paired them with.
