Highly disappointed because I couldn't return it back to the Best Buy store due to the 15 day return policy (Which is an inconvenience.) I'm hopeful to submit a claim through the JBL website. Next time, I will purchase an item like this from Target or Walmart where they have a 30 day return policy.

Unfortunately, JBL changed connection standards between the 4 and 5, so they don't work with each other. Took it back and bought a 4. If you don't need to connect to a 4, you'll probably like the sound quality and portability of this speaker. Wish it would've worked for what I needed.
