If you already performed a factory reset by doing this procedure, 'while the unit is ON, press Volume + and Phone (Play) button at the same time for 2-3 seconds until the unit turns off' and the issues still persists. Posted .Thanks for bringing this to our attention. we suggest returning the device to BestBuy as our JBL Flip 5 must include a Type C USB cable. Please note that there is no Charging adapter included in the package. You could use any USB power adapter with 5V and at least a 2A power output rating.

(you cant connect them)thats so sad and yes it is just a mono speaker like the jbl charge 4.... nothing else to say..

great quality sound but
