Most comfortable headphones so far

Mostly using it to listen to music. The sound quality is great. Loving the comfort of the open-ear headphones...unlike previous headphones I can wear them all day without any discomfort.

as open-ear headphones come, they have the clearest sound among all the other headphones I've used. They're sleek design is also a benefit especially since I wear glasses.

I like these headphones because I can wear them and not be bothered by my glasses. These are easier to wear than regular headphones that go over the top of the head. I also don't feel like I'm going to lose one out of my ears.

Better than shokz

Was impressed with the sound quality, from shokz to JBL. Was great for a few days then had issued with my right side with painful cracking noises. Couple of weeks later, battery falls out. No way to reassemble.

It does not block external sound. The phone call cannot be heard due to outside noise.

Thank you for sharing your experience with our JBL Sense Lite. A lack of bass usually comes down to the type of music, the equalizer (EQ) settings, or a temporary glitch in the connection. To fix this, try playing around with the EQ settings in your music app or the JBL Headphones app to boost the low-frequency bass. If the bass is still missing on all of your songs, try connecting the earbuds to a different phone or tablet to see if the sound improves. If it just needs a quick refresh, you can easily reset them: while the earbuds are out of their case, tap either earbud's sensor twice and hold on the third tap for 5 seconds, then pop them back in their charging case. Please contact our customer support for further assistance.
