My son researched this item and decided it was useful for his GoPro-style camera. He took it to Philmont Boy Scout Ranch and used it extensively for their adventures. It worked perfectly for his needs! and for the right price.

I've bought 2 of these. This was a gift for my mom. She loves it and so do I.

I have not used this yet. It seems ok for the price.

I bought this for my point and shoot. It is great for vlogging. I use it in the closed position and grab the stand instead of grabbing the camera. It makes it more stable for shooting video. A little pricey but it is handy.

Glad I purchased one of these. I have a monopod, a small tripod for desktop already and a regular tripod, this little gadget is rugged and fits in the saddlebag of the motorcycle perfectly for setting up great images atop mountains and anywhere really!

Bought this after i returned the insignia 6 inch tripod and never looked back. Works great for a gopro or any camera of the same size. Do your self a favor and buy this tripod to begin with if your looking for a good tripod

A friend of mine had one of these and I was playing around with it...I had never seen or heard of it before until I saw hers. She showed me all the things you could do with it and I just had to have one...hooks to anything and is easy to carry around.

The Joby - gorillapod Tripod is great for awkward mounting locations and makes setup very easy with its flexible legs, which also allows for non-traditional mounting point like wrapping the legs around various objects. Worked great with my go-pro!

Bought this device for backpacking and hiking in Northern Minnesota this fall. I have a Samsung point and shoot camera but wanted to be able to safely set camera down on rock, ground or in a tree, set the timer and take pics. Worked great!

Been using it sporadically and works well when used.

I bought the gorillapod for use with a gopro. Its great to use in the traditional tripod sense, but because the arms are flexible with the rubber coating, you can hang it from just about anything. Very please with the tripod. Would buy again.

So this is perfect for when you need the camera mounted on a weird surface. We have the clamp and traditional iPod but have used this flexible tripod to mount GoPro on trees while getting video of kids party. Worked out well.

Great mount and adapts quickly to any need. I enjoy using this one.

The item is not expensive but works great. It's very easy to set up. I love the way I can adjust or twist it so easy. I will recommend this product for sure.

I have been using this tripod for few weeks, so far so good. Not too big, correct compact size for everyday use and easy to store. Quality is also good, hope this will last longer. I would recommend this to others.

This is handy to have in certain situations but not something I would use on a regular basis. It is very portable and affordable. So it was a nice addition to my tripod collection.

I use this to stream a cooking show on Twitch, it works.

This stand is awesome. There are so many configurations you can use to hold your camera. It will mold to pretty much anything you want attach it to. I am very happy with the purchase, and highly recommend it.

Nice tripod to rest you GoPro or action cam on. You'll need a separate camera mount for it though. Flexible arms and rubber grips make it able to be placed in different places to get some interesting angles.

This is probably one of the most convenient pods I've used.
