The coffee machines from Jura are the absolute best! Our Jura F9 was over 10 years old and had 34.567 cups of coffee on its counter!! Because we finally needed repair because the grinder plates started to wear out, we decided to replace the machine with this E4. And this E4 is making our daily coffees as good as the F9 did! We love these machines and the E4 is worth every penny. We use a separate milk frother because the E4 doesn't have one and that works fine also. Bean deposit is large and so is the water container - it is actually larger than the F9 had. The E4 has less information on its display than the F9 had but it is totally sufficient. If you want to brew more variations than Latte or Capuccino, you might want to download the app and purchase the internet connectivity or buy a Jura with more options but for us - and we drink a lot of coffee every day - this machine works great. Our previous Jura was black but this time our E4 is white which really looks good on our white countertop.

I like the simple design and user friendliness. Only two cup sizes. I was able to reduse the amount of water for the large cup to a medium size. That is the one i like best. The white exterior makes my kitchen look brighter.

Great machine. Easy to navigate functions and programs. Been waiting patiently to purchase due to cost. Definitely worth the wait. Nicknamed her “Sabrina” after Sabrina Carpenter song espresso.

We had a J5 for 14 years and it finally gave out. We bought my parents a J5 and they have had it 13 years. I never used the milk attachments as I am mostly a coffee or expresso person. This E4 is NEXT level from my J5. The frinder the brewing mechanism is far superior to the J5 which we loved. Im giving it 5 stars with just one little complaint. There is no small led light to illuminate the cup area. I noticed it right away brewing in low light. No big deal, otherwise perfect. Best coffee that i have ever had!!

The Jura is so far a great machine. It makes a much better espresso than the last automatic machine I had. Best buy makes it very easy to buy and interest free payments. My prior machine wasn't working and the Jura arrived very quickly! I have only had it about 3 weeks but the cleaning process appears to be much easier than others as well. Very happy!

I recently purchased the Jura E4, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This machine is perfect for anyone who truly enjoys high-quality black coffee with rich flavor and a beautiful crema. The design is sleek and modern, and it doesn't take up too much counter space, which I really appreciate.

Love this espresso machine! Tried a another brand that was under 1k and I had 3 different machines fail. We have been using this one in my office for about 4 months and it has been great. Make great espresso, easy to use and is easy to clean. I highly recommend this product.

If you truly love your lattes, espressos, or just want an effortless iced coffee at home, don’t hesitate—this is the one. Absolutely amazing and worth every penny. By far the best coffee machine we’ve ever owned!

Excellent coffee make. Makes a great cup of coffee. I had hesitations about spending so much on a coffee maker. After making coffee with our Keurig and the Jura to compare, we both agree Jura is by far the best. The nice smooth cup of coffee was by far better than any machine we have had or any coffee shop we have visited.

Worth the extra money over the ENA 4. Better and quieter grinder and better coffee in my view

This machine makes the perfect espressos. Was going to buy the ena4 but the dose size is only 10g compared to the E4 which is 16g.

An absolute beast of an espresso machine! My husband and I love good, high quality espresso/coffee. We debated between this machine and a Breville for months, and ended up getting the Jura. We couldn’t be happier. We were upgrading from a Nespresso so we knew anything was going to taste better, but nothing beats the full automation of this machine. You simply press a button and voila. There’s no tamping, filters, etc. which is a huge plus for us on busy mornings. The only daily maintenance is emptying the drip tray and puck bin. The espresso this machine makes is divine, the best I’ve ever had with an at home machine. My husband drinks his espresso straight, and I’m still able to make all my iced coffee and lattes (we have a separate milk frother). We’ve had this about a month now and give it a 10/10. I know some people don’t like that you have to buy Jura brand filters and cleaning tabs, but personally that doesn’t bother us. They aren’t overly expensive. If you can afford to go fully automated do it, and nothing beats the taste of a Jura.

Our second Jura. We owned the A1 for 6 years and loved it! These machines have saved us a ton of money over the years, and quite frankly make coffee that is superior to any coffee shop I’ve been to— living in Seattle that’s saying a lot! Upgraded to this machine from our A1 and am loving the larger water reservoir and bean hopper. Once you switch to an automatic grind you’ll never go back! Can’t recommend these machines enough!
