This phone holder is not very good. Main reason is that when you put your phone in it, it pulls the vent closed and falls out.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. Will not hold a Galaxy Note 8 with or without a case. Even though it says all vent types will not work in an Audi TTS. I then tried it the wife's Jeep also a nogo it just sits limp if you have a charger or aux cable attached it puts pressure on them in the ports. Extremely awkward mounting your phone to this thing with it already on vent.

This product broke after a couple of weeks of use. I would not recommend it

Bought this at bestbuy thinking I was getting a quality product. Tried using it in my truck. Did not do the job it was supposedly designed to do! Insult to injury BestBuy would not return my money because I did no return item within (15) days. I will do my best to avoid BestBuy !

This phone car vent phone holder is poorly designed and falls off.

This mobile phone holder for a car was not easy to adjust, allowed the phone to slip out on occasions, did not fit well into the vents on the dashboard of either of my cars, and broke after about a year of use.

This car cell phone holder broke after a few months when I was removing it from the a/c vent. I won’t buy it again. I also found out after purchasing it that your cell phone could possible get condensation inside if plac d in front of the a/c vent.

After a week of usage, the frame could no longer stay in place due to deformity.. I attempted to contact the company for a replacement (life time warranty) with no luck. Don't buy this item.

I’ve had this for 90 days so far and the vent grips worked fine at first. Now they don’t work at all. Not much testing went into this design. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing.

Poor quality would not stay on dashboard continue to fall off the dashboard. Haven't used it for a while

its not recommended at all, its very hard to fix it and its always moving out. its not good product at all.

I wanted to like this item but it did not last long, nor have a consistent grip on my device.

Not made well, got stuck after little use so it won't grip the ac well anymore.

It broke after two weeks. Returned to store but out of stock. Get my money back.

This would not stay in place for me. I would not suggest it.

This is an excellent, sturdy, rock solid phone holder that sticks to your dashboard like glue. It seems to be really well designed and well made. There are very few moving parts, other than the jaws to hold the phone. The 360-degree rotation is dampened and magically stays where you set it without anything to tighten/loosen. No wonder it comes with a lifetime warranty.

Worked great while it lasted. Now the clamp wont stay tight and keeps falling off. Should last much longer for a $30 mount.

Disappointing kept falling off the vent . I would not recommend to my friends or family.

I liked this cell phone holder when I first purchased it. However after only 2-3 months it totally failed and is now useless - a waste of $30. The plastic fingers that grip the vent fins have warped. They are so splayed out that they will no longer hold on the vent.
