Pros: Wireless Apple Car Play Wireless Android Screen Mirroring 3 Camera Inputs Dual USB inputs that support charging your 5v accessories. Will integrate with existing factory features like Sync or OnStar. Will read and display individual tire pressures for Ford pre-Sync 3. If there is a Con, it would be the price point. Would definitely recommend.

Love this kenwood. Android auto works flawlessly along with the mirroring. Dvd plays great with great picture and sound. I mirror my phone and watch netflix, hulu and any other streaming device. Fits great in my 2017 toyota corolla. Installed the maestro data link and the steering wheel control adapter and everything works great. The equalizer has many preset options or u can customize it. It may seem pricey but everything u get is worth it. Next will be a kenwood 5 channel amp and a downfiring sub woofer with some JL audio speakers and this system will rock.

    Buttons fell off

This stereo is pretty good. Sounds good. I like the apple play. The problem is by simply using a vacuum brush on a home vac one of the buttons fell off. It has two tiny itty bitty plastic pieces on the back that snap them in and one was broken. I contacted customer service via email and they didn’t respond so I let it go until the second one fell off. This was within the first 6 months. So I emailed again. Got a run around for a few weeks and then the final answer: no replacement part to send me. They want me to send it to them. So they expect me to pay to have my stereo uninstalled and ship it to them. Then they might charge me to fix it (they’ll evaluate) then send it back to me so I can pay to have it reinstalled? How ridiculous and not worth it. So unhappy with this purchase. It looks like crap with two missing buttons. Do not buy, customer service sucks and apparently so do the buttons.

Easy to use. I like it has three camera inputs. I enjoy using iHeartRadio on it. Haven’t got my phone to mirror yet, but might be my phone. Weird thing is it has a GPS antenna, but I don’t see a way to use GPS on the deck.

We just had this installed in our family hauler, a 2013 Toyota Sienna that came with the "upgraded" non-JBL 6 speaker nav unit that sounded terrible. Compared to that, this Kenwood is a revelation. I'd say overall I'm pretty satisfied with it but I have a couple of minor gripes. Maybe I'm old school but I prefer to have just three tone adjustments - bass, mid and treble. With so many bands on the EQ it's hard to find a perfect sound and I'm not even sure I'll ever find perfection, so I end up setting it to basically flat and using the sub level to get the best tone which so far I'm pretty happy with. I give it 4 stars because while I think the sound quality is very good, it's a bit "bright" or "brassy" sounding for my taste. I like a warmer sound. Just a personal preference and it could be more due to the speakers I went with which are Kicker 6x9 fronts and 6.5 rears. Also threw in an Alpine 4 way amp and Pioneer 10" non-ported amplified sub which has plenty of bass for the car. It just needed to fill in the bottom, which it does well enough. Wife loves it, and as I said people have different tastes when it comes to sound. It has TONS of adjustments, everything you can imagine. Some will love that but it can be a bit daunting for someone who isn't sure what they are adjusting. There are lots of options for this price range, go with the one you like. I don't think you need all of the options this unit has but I wanted wireless CarPlay and you pay a bit more for that. If you are going to be plugged in all the time though, you can skip it. Ryan at Sandy store did our install and he was fantastic.

I replaced my stock stereo in my 2011 Ram Laramie with the premium sound system and I do notice a difference. I'm by no means an audiophile, but its louder and seems more clear with the bass box under the seat sounding deeper. A ton of features. It is kind of a pain in butt when one of my kids or girlfriend program their phones to it as it will not keep defaulting back to my phone when I get back in my truck. The screen doesnt dim with the light dimmer in the truck and the installer "tried" to fix it but it still doesnt work, making the screen too bright at night.

I love the android auto wireless... the only thing is it drains the battery of my phone so I have to keep it on a charger so either way I would still use the corded one.

I love this H/U. Apple car play is awesome. Well after I updated the firmware which made this H/U that much better. Before the update the vss wire would cause minor issues with carplay. Love the eq settings. Kenwood never disappoints

First problem was that Best Buy advertise this deck as HD radio, that was my main reason for picking this deck. Get the whole thing installed to find out i was lied to. Not worth all the effort to remove it at this point. Overall bummed

This sure is one capable head unit. I only have one complaint with the product Andriod Auto to be specific. Every once in a while I have to uninstall/re-install the Waze app on my phone. The app will inexplicitly disappear from the list of apps on the head unit. The only way I have been able to get it back it to do the uninstall/re-install of the app on the phone as stated above.
