BestBuy immediately offered to ship a replacement since it was less than a week old. My fingers are crossed because I really like the coffee maker. I've owned a Kuerig Elite for many years but never like how hard it was to remove and replace the water reservoir. This K-Supreme is wonderful: you can see the water level from the front, great handle to handle the reservoir, and there is practically no warm up time.

Says it is dishwasher safe (I don't think I would chance it). Really light weight . Was listed as available for delivery same day. Cons: Is really flimsy and feels cheaply made. After ordering for same day delivery I got an email that there were problems and they would try to get it to me within 4 days. Attempt to cancel the order resulted in message that I couldn't. Manual states to not use distilled water(?), why?

I got the k-cup supreme fill your own pod and that is an excellent cup o coffee. Love the varied sizes and the option to "cold brew"....
